Working in offensive players is much easier than defensive players, IMHO, especially WRs.  WRs can have a small slice of the offense, work them in slowly and then expand it as the year goes on. I'd rather go this year with fast guys who don't know what they are doing out there, than slow guys who don't know what they are doing.  If all else fails... 9 route

Incrementalism  I like it  it also works best with this generation 

Now maybe with Manuel and Moorhead, they have coaches that have worked with younger players and are not that far from playing. They may take a different approach than the older coaches.
