I like to cook.  It's something I enjoy doing.  I would venture to say most of the discussions we have in here about food are started by me.  I usually don't follow recipes so won't share them in here.  I usually just rattled off ish.  I don't have a plan.  I’m like a dog chasing cars, I wouldn’t know what to do if I caught one, you know, I just do…things.

Props to whoever gets that reference.

It's a gift.

Wasn’t it heath ledger as the joker?

I wanna say Tropic Thunder.  Probably wrong.  But I said it in the same voice as Downey Jr saying the line about "I'm just a scared little boy playing with his ...." and can't think about anything else now.

Tropic thunder has so many good quotes though. I’m almost positive it was heath ledger as the joker tho

Hmm.  Feels like we've finally cut the cord.  Floating out in the ether. Anger at the faceless dismissal and marginalization of it's own fans by PE.com. But extreme gratitude for guys l

I mentioned this previously on this board, and in the past years ago on the other board.   I'm not sure Howie has ever come out and said it this plainly, but Howie is telling the truth here.

Honest question cause I do not know the answer, but during the past week in this has kaepernick actually been out protesting? Cause i saw other athletes and Malcolm Jenkins out doing so. The reason I ask is I haven’t seen any pictures or videos.

Pretty sure not because if he was out he would make sure his picture was plastered all over the internet. But he has been encouraging violence and division in the mean time.

That was kind of what i was thinking That you’d see him all over if he did. He is about the cause but the dirty work he’s telling others to do it, sits and just throws money at it like he was out there helping. I respect jenkins along with other athletes went out there and did it along side protestors.

yep.

I hope Kaepernick never makes the history books like Martin Luther King and Malcolm X. Thats all he wants and I hope he is completely forgotten one day soon.

I wouldn’t go so far as to call him a bad person, but he certainly is ignorant in some ways.

Right now isnt the time for people with a lot of white privilege like Brees to be telling others how to act. He needs to sit down shut his pie hole.

Yes Dark knight and Heath ledger were epic, Tropic Thunder i suppose is good if youre high, since ive never been high, i thought it sucked😒

Has Ben stiller, Robert Downey jr, Jack black, Tom cruise and Matthews mcconaughey. It’s a comedy where they are filming a Vietnam war movie but it’s a disaster so they make it feel more real like but it actually turns into a real life dealing with drug lords. Imo one of Tom cruise’s best roles. And i usually dislike Tom cruise

Honestly I’ve never seen it.  I’ll have to give it a shot.  Why the Academy continues to overlook Jack Black is beyond me.

I think you’ll enjoy it. There’s some stupid humor in it but really Tom cruise‘s role as les grossman id be surprised if you don’t enjoy it.

The Saints/Eagles game this year will be something else.

Darius Slay is just RT different players attacking Drew Brees on Twitter.

Correctness or incorrectness is a matter of fact, since my remarks were opinion they can neither be correct or in correct.

I think the word you are searching for is.

Disagree

Then one would normally explain why if, one had an intent to engage in discussion rather than trying to be right😒

Love Jack Black and Ben stiller and Robert Downey Jr. But definitely dont love this movie.

Brees should be suspended for week 14 of next season.

Jack Black is excellent in "Bernie"

Oh come on, he didn't tell others how to act. He specifically talked about how he feels and what the flag means to him. It goes against what the "accepted" stance in the media and culture is today and he's going to get crushed for it (already is), but it's the guy's opinion and is in no correlation to how he feels about social injustice. His quote:

Let me just tell what I see or what I feel when the national anthem is played and when I look at the flag of the United States. I envision my two grandfathers, who fought for this country during World War II, one in the Army and one in the Marine Corp. Both risking their lives to protect our country and to try to make our country and this world a better place. So every time I stand with my hand over my heart looking at that flag and singing the national anthem, that’s what I think about. And in many cases, that brings me to tears, thinking about all that has been sacrificed.

Dont know that ive seen that. Liked him in school of Rock of course which was kond of a break out role for him, hated him in king kong but thought he did well in that movie hes in with kate winslett, cant remember the name of it, its a romantic comedy which isnt really his forte, also like him in shallow hal, thought he does a good job in nacho libre but i think that movie blows monkey chunks.

Why is he talking specifically about what the flag means to him?

Hows that relevant to social justice with todays current climate???
