Your words. Your ignorance. HE WAS IN THE CAR. HE WAS PULLED THROUGH THE SUV. Your inaccuracy, your ignorance of the facts. You’re wrong.

So besides attacking me for interpreting your words as he deserved to be batoned to put him in the car, how would you like to explain he deserved to be batoned to get him into the car?

I mentioned this previously on this board, and in the past years ago on the other board.   I'm not sure Howie has ever come out and said it this plainly, but Howie is telling the truth here.

What exactly is community-led public safety?  Everyone get a gun?

I will admit, I live in a rural community and a lot of people commute from here.  Our police department serves four small municipalities, two school districts and sells service to two other very small communities. I reached out after Floyd to see what our police department’s policies were and got a quick response.  No way would I support defunding them. That seems like an overreaction.

I am a huge fan of community policing.

I got stopped 3 times for speeding.

First time ever I was going 55 in a 35 just before it changes to 55. Cop basically said her piece and I really had no room to talk. There were no questions I could answer or anything. She ticketed me for a very specific speed using vascar. She was a local cop. Pretty big fine and points. I showed up in court and they settled it down to some minor violation with no points and a minimal fine. I just wanted the points gone so decreasing the fine was a nice bonus that I wasnt even looking for.

One time leaving work far from my home town. Officer asked what I was going there. I said I was the trainer for the high school. He asked if I knew why I got pulled over and I was completely honest and told him the speed I was going. It was something like 55 in a 35. He was visibly shocked and then said, no one is ever that honest. He took my stuff back to my car and sat for a while and came back and thanked me. He let me go with nothing. Just told me to watch my speed through that part next time.

Most recently got caught for 55 in a 40 by my house. The officer apparently recognized me from high school and let me go. I do not know who he was. Couldnt tell you his name and his face wasnt familiar. Maybe he recognized my wife too. Not really sure but she said he was in my class (she was a year ahead of me).

Dont know... but 2/3 for niceness working. Most cops are good people. Dont give them reason to want to be a D, and they typically wont be.

You do realize how obvious a dodge this is, and that’s exactly what I predicted, yes?  You probably should talk about being triggered when you’ve been personally attacking people for two days because you’re wrong about something. Develop some emotional resilience before you go down that road.

there you go making up pretend arguments that were never implied just so you can appear to be right. No go on listing all the logical fallacies I use while you were the first to begin the game. Take your act to CVON. Discussion was much better without you in it.

No more BS. He’s on video in the backseat of the car. So..... you’re wrong. You just can’t own it because you have the emotional maturity of a toddler and zero intellectual honesty. It’s blatantly obvious to all. You’re dodging a simple inaccuracy like the matrix. Here you go-

"yes, I was wrong, I never realized that he was in the vehicle. If I had, I would not have suggested that he should have been batoned and thrown in a car. Hadn’t watched the full video.”

that’s all this had to be. You didn’t have to embarrass yourself and run your mouth like a child for two days insulting people

by the way, Im not the one who brought up COVID in relation to the Floyd case.

At best, its unclear how these deaths are being coded. And you may know a few doctors from a few hospitals that have done it differently. But its been written in a lot of sources that theyve been over-reported. The doctor in the video explained it that way as well even though he was actually debunking a conspiracy. And of course, it just makes sense if it costs that much to take care of a COVID patient, then a hospital will want that reimbursement.

There are sources that show Trump, and Birx saying they are over-reported. And there are other sources probably from a different point in time that show Trump, Birx, and Fauci saying they are accurate or even under-reported. So who knows.

You are not, but you are the one who brought up drowning which also doesn't make sense.  And it's not just personal or anecdotal evidence, I have yet to see a institutional/governing body policy that would suggest that deaths be listed as COVID related regardless of the circumstance.

As far as the reality of how under/over reported cases and deaths are, then yeah I agree the jury is still out.

I pretty much know where the cops sit on every road I typically drive. Been driving the same roads for a long time. I can usually spot them far in advance. And if in summer its hard to see through leaves of trees or whatever, I just temporarily slow down as I pass that spot.

Of course, Ive gotten lucky a few times where I might be going like 85 on the interstate. Suddenly notice a police on my bumper and as I pull over in to the right lane, they go flying by like theres something else more important to get to.

Or, I just havent gotten stopped for 80 on the interstate a time or two as well. See them sitting too late, and they just dont come out.

Yeah. A little skill. But also a little luck. Only 3 times so far.

Just pointing out that you should probably wait until you can pass the hooked on phonics test on contractions to start talking about reading and education levels, you know?

One last attempt and this just might blow your mind. The struggle went on a long time to get him in the car. They probably rightfully shoulda roughed him up a tiny bit to get him in the car. BEFORE he was in the car. In many of my previous posts the chronology was clearly implied but you are either too stupid or are just purposely being too ignorant to acknowledge it.

As for the rest, as I said numerous times through this 3 or 4 day long discussion with other people who were smart enough to read my easy reading posts, there seems to be nothing that would excuse pulling him out or kneeling on him for that long. All of that was lost on you when you decided to create a make believe argument so you could maybe win one for once.

Now do you have any older brothers or sisters that you can go pester instead of me? Youre annoying.

Silly question. ( I had a few specialties in College as I got my undergraduate in history with credits towards a masters. One was Native American history). As a nation, I think we blew it.  But it is much more complex than many realize. The world has a long history of conquest and the results of it.

Madison was a Democrat-Republican. The Whigs didn’t come along until Henry Clay in the 1830s.

I agree we blew it but as you say back then it was kind of the norm.

I think there is more we can do as a nation for native american nations.

Having said that i kind of thought  whigs was spelled with an H but couldnt remember.😉

Question for you i figure if any one on this board would know it would be you.

At what point did american politicians judges and other officials of importance in america stop wearing those wigs, and was there a reason they stopped or did it just organically stop?

I’ll ignore your lies and simply tell you, again, that this suggestion is a constitutional violation and against law and policy. You’re just self righteous to hear it, so you’ll deflect to lies again. No I’m not too stupid to understand your point. Your point is wrong in fact and law, and you are too fragile to acknowledge it. Simple. Wrong. Read law and policy if you care to, but your petty insults and self righteous ignorance doesn’t change that.

Look at my posts, who cares about the last period I’m sure it’s not there a lot. Again you’re deflecting. The point is you’re talking about reading and education and don’t know the difference between its and it’s. Don’t pretend you’re gods gift to education until you get the basics. I’m not the grammar police and frankly don’t care. I’m just pointing out that you look like an idiot when you run that tired horse crap and don’t know things like that.

man this has been gone over so many times. Its easy to type lazily online which was developed for the convenience and speed of information transfer. I skip extra keystrokes for capitalization and apostrophes, and some punctuation all the time. I do the bare minimum to try to make my posts somewhat readable and simply do not care to write perfectly on this medium for this audience.

Theres a big difference between someone who can write, not caring about it vs. someone who cant comprehend what they read and make faulty conclusions based on that. You cant fix your issue. While I can simply choose to start following proper rules of grammar and punctuation the moment I choose to. Maybe neither of us care to fix what we are doing wrong. I dont because it really doesnt matter. But you should because your issue does matter. Thats up to you though. But Im not making my lack of caring for grammar a problem for you. However, your lack of reading comprehension has caused you to be an annoyance to me for like 2 days now. I really wish you would go bother someone else at this point. For my sake, yours, and everyone else's.

Pissing off both the far left and far right is probably a good thing, IMO.  Seems like we may actually be heading in this direction too.

More worthless self righteous bs. I’m right everybody else is wrong blah blah blah nobody cares about grammar. Your point was wrong when you posted it days ago and remains wrong. You were too fragile to hear it then and you remain true to form. No, it is not lawful to go to the baton to "rough someone up” when they are in handcuffs. You were, and are, wrong. You were, and are, too fragile to admit it.

So you deflect to I can’t read (disregarding your contraction issues), you don’t have time to read the counterpoint, you can’t find the link you already found, blah blah blah.

wake up. Grow up. Seeing an error in your argument doesn’t make you less of a man. It makes you an adult.

I once got out of a speeding ticket (I was going 70 in a 55... I thought the speed limit was 65) because the cop appreciated that I had my son correctly in a rear-facing car seat. The person he stopped prior to me had her newborn lying down in the back seat. No car seat or anything.
