It’s all part of a secret plan to flip those states into the Democratic column.

Biden is polling even with Trump in Texas.

Hmm.  Feels like we've finally cut the cord.  Floating out in the ether. Anger at the faceless dismissal and marginalization of it's own fans by PE.com. But extreme gratitude for guys l

I mentioned this previously on this board, and in the past years ago on the other board.   I'm not sure Howie has ever come out and said it this plainly, but Howie is telling the truth here.

Overt plan. But yes it is.

Thanks. It goes back much further than Stonewall culturally and legally though.  But the issue that Desertbirds is pointing to is an incremental step towards a much broader matter. We each individually and as a society and a nation take steps every day.

Of course it goes back further than that but Stonewall marks the coalescing of injured parties into a coherent political movement.

And that is exactly how the Founders wanted it because they believed in states rights. It isn't out of whack at all. Don't worry though, the liberals are leaving the failed socialist experiment called California and invading Idaho, Utah, Texas, and a few other red states, so the crying over the electoral college won't be for long.

Arizona included. All the California loonies live out here now.

Actually no. The test was negative but I have all the symptoms. My doctor said it was a false negative and that the rest is only about 60% accurare.

Question is. Why can't we come up with better candidates to run for President, America has a lot of people in it.

That's a good question.   I think it's a hard occupation.  It takes money to compete even in smaller elections.  So a lot of the time is spent fundraising.  I don't think that's something that even politicians enjoy. I think that a lot of good people with good ideas get tired of it.  To top it off party politics and primaries often drive off more moderate candidates.  So you end up not really able to debate issues during elections but relying on rhetoric.  Good people get jaded by the system. Then there's is a certain kind of people that get into  politics for what the believe is the opportunities that are presented.  I mean established politicians will push their underlings for seats that they know their party will win.  You get bad candidates that are there to do the bidding of their sponsor and really often don't or won't use independent judgment.  Then when a party gets into power they can often use caucusing as a way to push an agenda and squelch independent debate.  They sandbag the other side by not providing the proposed bills until the last minute.  It is a power play and not designed to encourage open debate even among members of their own party.  The leaders want and expect lock step followers.

Went to bed Friday feeling peachy. Saturday a.m. ugh. I’ll be fine. I’ve been a good boy, too. Masks and distancing.

Stay safe man. Don't hesitate to call your doc if you're worried about anything.

Interesting. Did they not re-test you just to confirm it wasn't anything else? Either way, hope you feel better.

Great post.

Pretty much why things are so screwed up.

Need to bring back the cap on political spending as it just breeds corruption on both sides when that much money is involved.

I'd love to see the outrageous numbers of political donations and spending over the last 20 years.

I'm sure it spikes hard after Citizens United in 2008.

My doctor said there was no purpose. Treatment would be the same but I could have the test again if I wanted it. I said no. She said some people have been tested three or four times without conclusive results.

He's good that way and you all have a role to play to fulfill the Sal Alinsky dream for the future.
