I would do that and trade up for Reagor, or Hamler, or Aiyuk. Whoever is left. But secure the guy who projects as a legit #1 first.

Some would rather have Reagor just because hes faster.  Be careful what you wish for.

Hmm.  Feels like we've finally cut the cord.  Floating out in the ether. Anger at the faceless dismissal and marginalization of it's own fans by PE.com. But extreme gratitude for guys l

I mentioned this previously on this board, and in the past years ago on the other board.   I'm not sure Howie has ever come out and said it this plainly, but Howie is telling the truth here.

It’s gonna be a weird year because typically the top of the draft is full of teams that need QBs... makes sense being that they suck because they don’t have QBs. But I actually think a bunch of the QB needy teams are gonna be middle to bottom of the draft. Saints, Steelers, potentially Bucs if Brady looks shot, Colts, Bears.

I think the early favorites for the top pick are the Jags and Redskins

I want to say the redskins. But i think their defense is going to be good enough to get them to 6-7 wins and i think riviera is a good enough coach to get them there. I think they wind up being in the 6-10 range which they’d be out of range. I also wouldn’t be entirely shocked if newton signs with the skins (cause of riviera) and eventually takes over for Haskins and he leads them to some meaningless wins

Reagor has it all though. He's legit what we need.

Its a hindsight thing. Id never want them to miss the playoffs because once in, you never know whats going to happen.

With that being said, if you told me they would make the playoffs, but would lose game 1 or 2, id prefer to finish around 500 and get a pick in the top 15.

You must be quoting someone else. I never said that. But I see your brought your a-hole attitude from one board to the next. Hopefully it doesnt last here.

You are right... you'd prefer to pick in the top 15, not even top 10.

Hindsight is a luxury that doesn't exist in the moment.  So, you either want them to make the playoffs any time you don't feel like they can win it all, or you want them to miss the playoffs for a better pick.

Respect your opinion but I dont see it.

Time will tell....

It's his quickness and body control in routes that I love. The fast part helps too, sure, but not the primary reason for wanting him.

Not everyone shares your view of Higgins.  Gil Brandt specifically said that he's a guy that will go much later than fans think.   We'll see.  I wouldn't be surprised if he wasn't selected tonight.

I know they don’t mean much but in just about every virtual mock, he’s dropped into the 2nd round.

Reagor has a human joystick quality to him. He cuts on a dime, fluid, good vision. He’s just a playmaker. I don’t think he will ever be a super high volume guy, who gets 90 catches, but I think he will change an offense.

If i were a betting man Higgins and shenault would be the two WRs available somewhere from 40-53 whereas i could see ruggs, jefferson, lamb, jeudy, reagor, mims and aiyuk all Being gone.

I suggest if people haven’t listening to joe tordy’s interview where he talked to a guy who covered TCU In drew davison and talked about reagor. It was on Tuesday evening. Good interview.

That's a fair point. I've hardly done a thorough evaluation of the guy either. Just going off the little I have seen.

His catchable target percentage was laughably bad. I can’t remember the exact number, but it was bottom 3 in the class.

In his defense, he might just be shocked the ball was actually accurately thrown to him and he was so stunned he dropped it. Lol

I swear if we do all this pumping up of Reagor and he goes to someone like the Cowboys or Seahawks I'm gonna be cranky

Watch them trade up for a WR.

You’re about a day slower than Don, lol.

That’s exactly what I’m thinking.  Hamler has a chance to be available then but it will be close, imo.

Drops are a legit knock, but QB play may have also played a part in that stat

Wow. I thought he’d be the fourth tackle taken. They must know the giants want him. Plus they must believe someone like tua or Herbert is going to fall and they can get one later.

That was posted 51 minutes ago. In don time that is about a day, yes.

It also didnt embed for me. That would never happen to the Don.

I blame the new EMB for that. Ive never had an issue with that before.

I kind of think he will be in that range as well. I think his size is going to be used against him. I could see him going where desean did around 47-50

Peter Schrager seems to feel that Tua is going to tumble down to about the 15 or 16 spot.

That rumor was out yesterday.

Honestly F the saints. I can’t stand that every draft they seemingly take the guy i want right before us

Near where the dolphins second pick is right?
