Hmm.  Feels like we've finally cut the cord.  Floating out in the ether. Anger at the faceless dismissal and marginalization of it's own fans by PE.com. But extreme gratitude for guys l

I mentioned this previously on this board, and in the past years ago on the other board.   I'm not sure Howie has ever come out and said it this plainly, but Howie is telling the truth here.

Honestly F the saints. I can’t stand that every draft they seemingly take the guy i want right before us

Near where the dolphins second pick is right?

Depends on what they have to give up to trade up to get Andrew Thomas.

I can't believe they drafted WR X instead of WR A, B, or C... seriously what morons. Guarantee A, B and especially C are Pro Bowlers within the next 2 years while we're stuck with Matthewsgholor 2.0. Offense still needs so much help. Still too slow. Why didn't Howie nab a FA WR? Burn it all to the ground.

Alright. I typed it. It's out of my system. Now I can just take the coveted who-f/cking-knows-so-let's-just-wait-and-see-how-this-pans-out approach. Because god knows we're about to get rampaged by both the good and the bad knee-jerk takes.

Watch them trade up for a WR.

If I'm Howie, I'm assuming they absolutely will.

F the Saints, man.  They always snake our targets in some fashion or another.

Not this year.  NOT this year!

If they trade him they better sign peters back and have a prospect in mind to replace him. I’m guessing stoutland has a couple of guys. My fave outside of the top 4 for a while has been Ezra Cleveland. I think he’s going to be a stud. Doubtful he’s there at 53.

Go from 3 to 5 I’m guessing likely not their mid first. I know the lions have wanted to trade out of 3. All their best reporters have said it every time i read a mock draft. I’m guessing the lions if they got a second would do it.

Reagor smells like a Saints pick. If they allow them to jump us again like we did for Cooks, I’ll lose it.

This I don’t see happening.

Always gotta take the homer view with a giant grain of salt.  Taylor covers Carolina... so.... yeah.   And a 4th round pick no matter who they are have a long long way to go before being a 'winning the draft' pick.

But, no matter who the Eagles pick, there will be those that love it, and those that hate it.   And we'll have to wait a long time before we really know.

I trust Stoutland to make the call, but man trading away Dillard at this point would feel like a loss.

Cardinals would be dumb to do that. You have Kirk. Have Hopkins. Have fitz. Drafted Danny Isabella in the second round last year. Drafted butler who missed last year. And drafted keesan Johnson. They have a massive hole along the DL and massive holes along the OL

Hell, if I’m the Bengals, I’m taking Tua. The reason I’m seeing Burrow as the consensus #1 pick is Because he’s "safe”. Being called "safe” , imo, is a Ryan Tannehill or Andy Dalton. Sure, put a good team around them, they’ll take you to the playoffs and maybe win a game.

Tua looks like a left handed Russell Wilson to me. Others compare him to Drew Brees. I’ll take that guy.

Go big or go home.

Tua would be a horrible 1st overall pick.  His throwing motion looks way off to me.  He's had major injuries and legit has been throwing to potentially 4 first round WR.  Many of his throws were in the flat or quick slants.  He's a good quarterback but I don't see the hype around him as a top 5 QB.

This smoke has been there from the combine. I said then like i am saying now when 4 reporters reporting it then someone is putting it out there for a reason.

This would make Howie a tater and a pipe smoker because most in here think it’s totally impossible

Why would Mehta tweet that....

Because we are trading up for Lamb, like I said this morning?  Neat.

Yup, as Eagles fans we should all be going through this mental exercise anyway.  It's part of the job.

See... I'm not sure that they would be trading out of 5... they might be looking to trade up to grab him before their 2nd pick, after already getting the QB at 5.  So, he might still be the 4th OT, but taken at #8-#11, after having grabbed their QB at #5.  Dolphins have so many picks... who knows what they will do?

People are thinking he's just trying to get Jets fans to have some faith in Joe Douglas's ability to draft.

I guess Mehta is just looking at Joe Douglas picks of the past?

If up to me,and I was picking 9 to 15 range , I would trade back.

Why would the Eagles be down on Dillard?

Is it because of the reports of the camp stuff?

It really can't because of the dumb experiment at RT is it?

I really don't get this notion in the slightest.

I wouldn’t trade dillard. id keep him.

However i have felt for a while now he’s not as untouchable as people think (it wasn’t one report it was 4 reporters putting things out there) and if stoutland truly loved a LT prospect (It’s a very rich in talent class)in this draft that they’d consider dealing dillard to fix another position If need and draft a younger prospect who’s controllable for 4 more years that stoutland Feels he can be as good as dillard with time. This of course would likely mean they bring back peters.

i highly doubt they do this but i don’t think it’s out of the realm.
