If i were a betting man Higgins and shenault would be the two WRs available somewhere from 40-53 whereas i could see ruggs, jefferson, lamb, jeudy, reagor, mims and aiyuk all Being gone.

I think Shenault is going to take a big slide. Just look at what happened with DK when team Dr's could poke and prod all they want. Obviously different injuries but I think his injury flags or going to really scare some teams off.

Hmm.  Feels like we've finally cut the cord.  Floating out in the ether. Anger at the faceless dismissal and marginalization of it's own fans by PE.com. But extreme gratitude for guys l

I mentioned this previously on this board, and in the past years ago on the other board.   I'm not sure Howie has ever come out and said it this plainly, but Howie is telling the truth here.

See... I'm not sure that they would be trading out of 5... they might be looking to trade up to grab him before their 2nd pick, after already getting the QB at 5.  So, he might still be the 4th OT, but taken at #8-#11, after having grabbed their QB at #5.  Dolphins have so many picks... who knows what they will do?

That’s a good point. Could do that. Most mocks ive seen thomas in the 10-15 range. So it could be take QB then move up again for Thomas

Why would the Eagles be down on Dillard?

Is it because of the reports of the camp stuff?

It really can't because of the dumb experiment at RT is it?

I really don't get this notion in the slightest.

Kempski article says there were many instances like the one in camp throughout the year.

Different type of injury concerns. Metcalf had a major neck surgery That they thought would be degenerative and might shorten his career. Shenault i view could slide but his injuries aren’t as major as that one metcalf had. That was something that took him completely off the boards for some teams.

People are thinking he's just trying to get Jets fans to have some faith in Joe Douglas's ability to draft.

Ahhhhhhhh...   OK good.

I'm excited for Dillard.  I think he's gonna ball out.

This smoke has been there from the combine. I said then like i am saying now when 4 reporters reporting it then someone is putting it out there for a reason.

I said when I first heard it in February the suggestion of moving Dillard is the dumbest, most nonsensical rumor I've heard since 'the Eagles are releasing Desean Jackson' ..... but then the Eagles released Desean Jackson.

I still don't believe it would make any sense, though -- even if you could get Trent Williams for a 5th round pick and $10M per season -- which you can't, and can't

DK has a neck issue. Viska never suffered anything close to that. He ran a 4.56 with a darn core muscle injury.

This place will have it's first true test if the Eagles draft a tackle in RD 1.

I agree. I wouldn’t do it.

But i wouldn’t put it past the eagles doing it. If stoutland came to them and said i have prospects I really love we can draft and i can develop them to be as good or better than dillard i could see the eagles trusting him and moving him. Go with peters for a year and have him teach up the kid. I really don’t think dillard is as untouchable as people make him out to be. I personally think it’s dumb to trade him but i wouldn’t be shocked based off 4 different reporters putting stuff out at the combine and now a jets reporter posting what he did.

It was just a loose comparison. Teams could want to check out his shoulder he had surgery on or something else. I just think he's the type of guy whose going to fall because of how this draft has been mostly hands off.

Depends on who the tackle is tbh. I’ve said in the past i think I’d rank the top 4 tackles in this class as better than dillard. Could sway me on Thomas and becton with the off the field issue

also have lived Ezra Cleveland since January before his crazy combine testing. I wouldn’t be shocked at all with stoutland working with him if he became a really good LT.

Hence "Obviously different injuries" in my post

Possible. Wouldn’t rule it out. I still think if Higgins or shenault are there at 53 that one of them is likely an eagle even if they take a WR in round one. Imo shenault doesn’t have the core muscle tear he’s likely a top 25 pick.

I find it hard to believe they arent down on Seumalo. It took like 4 years for them to settle on him as their starting guard. It seems due to lack of better options more than anything. Maybe they arent down on him anymore because theyre just used to him and accepted things the way they are, until they have a reasonable opportunity to improve there.

Dillard for #11 overall is fine with me. I like Dillard, but that allows us to take a WR at 11, and another developmental OT at 21. We could resign Peters and try again.

If it's 21 + Dillard for 11, then pass for me.

Kicked out of closed park and now entering wrong houses. Brady officially has become Florida Man

Wonder how it is legal for him to go to the OC’s house this time of year?   Sounds like Brady has brought the Pats’ cheating south with him. Seems like Worthless Goodell should be asking the same question.

I’m guessing it’s like 21 and dillard for 11. Maybe howie convince them to do 21 and dillard for 11 and 48.

that’s even if this rumor is true.

I don't see the Eagles giving up on him that fast. Frankly, that would be a joke. It would make them look like total amateurs.

If they have decided to move him though, I wouldn't do 21 and Dillard for 11 either. I'd do 53 and Dillard.

That McMullen tweet about Dillard is barely English. He's trying to be clever but it's garbled nonsense. Is he trying to say Dillard resisted being cross-trained?

I think this pick had Pederson's prints all over it. I didn't love it, but Isaac stands as a "hit" in the 3rd round. Got extended through 2022 which lets me know they like him.
