Hmm.  Feels like we've finally cut the cord.  Floating out in the ether. Anger at the faceless dismissal and marginalization of it's own fans by PE.com. But extreme gratitude for guys l

I mentioned this previously on this board, and in the past years ago on the other board.   I'm not sure Howie has ever come out and said it this plainly, but Howie is telling the truth here.

I went through a pretty huge taste bud swing. I eat all kinds of things now that would I have gagged at when I was kid. I used to think blue cheese was disgusting, but now I can't get enough.

i like blue cheese on burgers , but have just always ate my wings the same. speaking of ranch dressing i love the ranch dressing from red robin , just to bad their wings suck but it's good on their fries.

There’s only like three things i refuse to still eat as an adult. Sour cream, olives and cucumber. I’d add honey dew but I’m just allergic to it.

Interesting.

I don't know if you want me to ruin your day or not...

They were more decorations. You couldn't race them like you could with Hot Wheels!

Oh sure, bring a kid down. I suppose you're going to tell me not everyone had fried bologna for Sunday dinner now?

Same. By the time that Hot Wheels arrived, I was done with the little cars.  You are younger than me IIRC.

I don't think by much though

Matchboxes were boring because they were too slow. The introduction of Hot Wheels changed everything for fun. Mattel had the last laugh though when they came out with those skinny orange tracks. In the hands of a high unstable, lunatic parent, those tracks became the ultimate weapon. That whipping sound and the crack that followed are still with me to this day. I couldn't get rid of them fast enough. Every Xmas I was asked if I wanted more of those things...."naaa, I am good!"

Not a big fan of straight sour cream myself. However, I use it a lot when I make dips or a crema with herbs and spices.

So my question; is sour cream completely out? Or is it just a no go when it is the primary ingredient? I know a lot of bakers use sour cream when making cakes, would you eat it in that scenario?

Seems pretty good

I am with you on cucumber. Still don’t like broccoli.  I don’t eat sour cream but I cook with it some.  Just so much fat in it. Same reason I avoid mayo.  Rather use my calories elsewhere.

I have. My mom buys it at Trader Joe’s so if i head up there to make pizza with her and my dad that’s what they use. It’s shockingly not bad at all.

I’m out on it if it’s overwhelming. Like i just really don’t like the taste and for the amount of calories i rather just not if i don’t love the taste. Usually with cakes and baked goods I can handle it cause the taste of it isn’t prevalent and there’s a ton of sugar. Blue cheese dressing bunch of other ingredients so it’s not overwhelming.

Ok i don’t mind it if the taste isn’t overwhelming or extreme. I won’t eat it by itself or where it’s overwhelming.

I know blue cheese has some. It’s about the only time i actually just break that rule. And some baked goods where you can’t taste it.

They have a broccoli one at Trader Joe’s. I don’t recommend that one. There’s a quinoa one as well. I think got it at sprouts. That was also surprisingly good but have to get it a little more crispy then the cauliflower.

The fate of this and other sports as well is what is their threshold for positive tests. Because if it's only a few, that's just not possible and we won't see any sports. Guys are going to test positive. Statistically, it's impossible that they don't. Is it 10% of a team testing positive? 20%? 40%? Or is the threshold if an older member of the team like a coach or someone else on the staff tests positive who's more compromised than a world-class athlete in his 20s?

Lol ok, I was just going to say its usually in most blue cheese dressings.
