Could possibly become Seattle.

Doug stated he want to be a HC again so doubt he takes an OC job he will get offered a HC job again… Unless you think Pete is leaving Seattle next year

ESPN has our ROSTER ranked as 29th. Basically saying a QB has to be Superman to be really successful. A more reasonable expectation isn’t based on season stats. But…if this team can gel and improve. Figure some things out and establish an identity.

More excuses lol just sad 240 total yards per game is apparently to much to expect from your QB…

2016 Wentz best WR Jordan Matthews and Ertz no RB and a terrible D with a rookie HC never called plays oh he found out he was going to be the starter what 8 days before the start of the season avg. 245.5 yards a game

My bar isn’t set that high for Hurts at 240 per game it’s pretty avg.

Kind of seems like the Hawks have hit a wall. Carroll is really old also. Seattle could finish last in their division this season.

And still doubt they fire Pete Carroll like saying Belicheat will be let go by NE just doesn’t seem likely

He threw for 340 yards in two of his three starts already…with a terrible team.

Ran for 238 yards in those three starts

So 240 total yards per game next year is a low bar.. your the one already making excuses for why he can’t hit it.

Russell Wilson already has been grumbling.

4000-4200 total yards  25-33 total TDs under 12 turnovers seems reasonable to me in a 17 game season.

Around 240 yards per game like 1.5 Tds a game

And Tom Brady left NE and Russ has also come out and said he doesn’t want to leave Seattle it’s contract dispute

Have a young team. With the youngest coaching staff. Absorbing the largest Dead Money hit ever. So probably not going to start strong. Going to be completely outmatched some weeks. I’m just not real concerned about season total numbers. Can this team take the hits? Stay together and grow? Or is Siri going to be over his head and lost the team before the bye week? Flip a coin. Not sure.

Lmao just sad all the excuses you want to line up for your so called QB. The bar is set low for from if he can’t hit those he needs to be gone or put back as the backup.

Hurts going into this season has a superior O team in every way over Wentz in 2016.

Hurts has a full offseason as a the starter Wentz did not have that

Hurts has equally good OL as Wentz

Hurts has better skill positions players

And coaching staff on O is equal  honestly Siri staff probably more experienced actually.

Really zero excuses for Hurts not to perform at a avg. level

I get it we have a new staff we have a young O we have a new QB but that doesn’t change needing expectations and goals for players.

240 total yards for a starting caliber NFL QB is a low bar as is minimum of 25 total Tds especially over a 17 game season

Hell Gardner Minshew on the worst team in the nfl avg. over the 240 yards that I have for Hurts

Minshew also had 17 tds in 9 games again on the worst team in the nfl…

More than Wentz could manage last season for sure

Lmao except Wentz avg. 241 yards last year sooo again my bar isn’t that high for Hurts

Love how you want to line up the excuses for Hurts already on why he shouldn’t be able to hit my low bar goals for him lol it’s just sad

But hey your acting like 240 total yards a game is to much to expect from Hurts though that worse then Wentz last year and we want that guy as our starter seriously????

Not sure why you are so overly obsessed with Hurts and his stats. It’s a team game. If we can hand the ball off and win by one point….I’m fine with that. Generalizing with season stats just seems fairly insignificant to me. Week to week matchups. I’m just hoping the team can look competitive most weeks.

I’m looking for Siri to develop some young receiving options. Looking for Gannon to develop some DBs. Don’t expect it overnight.

Lmao it just seem sad and pathetic to me that you don’t have expectations from players and then going to act like Hurts is this great player… setting goals and expectations for players is a reasonable thing yes I have season stat goals for Hurts… Blake Bortles won games because he handed off wasn’t a good QB though how different is that Jags team if they had half decent QB… Jimmy G isn’t a good QB won games because he handed off well we see how that played out in SF SB… Goff product of Mcvay they won games because of Mcvay but he didn’t even want the guy went out to secure Stanford.

Lets not act like QB play isn’t important

I have goals for Smith as well look for around 700-800 yards 5ish tds not outrageous

Sanders im looking for him to hit 1K this season rushing stay healthy.

Reagor 500-600 yards 4 tds

Geodart 600-900 yards 7 tds

You know how you stay competitive in games your players have to perform you know what happens when players perform??? They put up stats…

You know what those stats then equal the season expectations and goals I have for players.

Im sorry I’m not going to be happy if Jalen Hurts is laying up goose egg games of 150 total yards but hey we are winning behind the legs of our RBs… No get Hurts the hell out of town and get me a real QB then

Also I don’t care about stats but your go to for Hurrs is oh he threw for 340 yards twice in 3 starts… Doesn’t matter he lost both those games… looked terrible vs Dallas the entire 2nd half

completed a whopping 7/20 vs Washington

6th in the nfl in fumbles in 324 snaps

My expectations are we are going to lose….a bunch

And that’s perfectly fine and still figure out what you have in players losing… Guys still have to perform when losing.

Bengals lost a lot but Burrow definitely looked the part at QB

Chargers lost a lot but Herbert looked the part at QB
