And think converting third downs and scoring TDs in the Redzone is what to look at. Don’t care which ways he does. Just get it done.

And think like Howie and Lurie...because Joe, Ham, BG, GB,MJK, ASG, Stine and the rest of us don't matter.  We can twist any stat we want... we all know Lurie and Howie like the passing game.   That's what will matter for them.

Russel Wilson is one of ….if not the best deep ball tosser in the game. Metcalf will be getting paid here soon enough also. Chase looks like he’ll set a new record pay when his time comes up.

So why the Eagles will most likely be getting Brown cheap...the main reason, they are getting ahead of the game by signing him early,  after year 3.

This is how you stay away from paying those record contracts.... that also count the most towards your cap.   No tagging.... no waiting until the contract is up.

The team maintains control.  It's why Hurts after finishing year 3, will be in that situation.

Idk.. I like Lockett... but dude had Metcalfe drawing the coverage and Wilson throwing him the ball.   Vs Brown drawing more attention and getting the ball thrown from Tannehill.

I don't think any NFL gm is going to put Lockett over Brown.     If so, Seattle should be ready to pay $250 million to their WRs.

Lockett's stats did not change all that much in 2019 and 2020 from his 2018 Stats when Metcalf wasn't there. Seattle is going to have issues paying their WR's for sure. Fortunately Lockett is locked up until 2025.....

Ok.... again stats don't tell the whole story.    But compare the stats between the two players.

Lockett 349 targets...he's a deep threat right.    Brown 295 targets... yet with Lockett being a deep threat and getting a very decent amount more targets....

Brown much better yards per reception... and Lockett only 2 more TDs.

Wilson was there all 3 years... Much better passer than Tannehill.  Lockett does not draw the same coverage...it absolutely matters.

Made offers to plenty of players. They didn’t choose to come here. Hurts got AJ here.

Tenn couldn't get a deal done or he would have stayed In Tenn. And we had the better draft position. It doesn't hurt they like each other, but I fail to see Hurts as the only reason he came here

There was no Hurts thing...they are friends,  but if you read or listened to the process of how everything went down... you see it was Tennessee not being able to pay him and the Eagles having the picks and the need.

That’s the earliest you can work on signing anybody.

Only the Eagles had a first and third and need for a Pro Bowl WR? Yes, he wanted to get paid. I’m sure plenty of teams would have been very happy to do so. Zona just brought in Hollywood Brown. I’m sure they’d loved AJ. Seems to me half the league would want AJ. So I just don’t believe we were the only ones that would pay him. The pay actually looks fairly mild from what I’m seeing…at that. Of coarse fans just see 100 million and divide to see twenty five mil a season. Think you know much better.

What I read and listened to is AJ stating how he wants to come play with Hurts. Believes in him. Thinks they will both push each other.

See, you’re one of the fans that just sees 100 mil and you divide. Not the way it works. Especially with Rosie. But go ahead and divide numbers that will never happen and be mad.

But 25 mil is fair for a top WR nowadays. It’s the market actually.

I wanted us to draft Hollywood. I’m a fan. But I can’t say he’s on the level of AJ Brown.

Three years at 57 mil is what’s actually guaranteed. I’ll let you divide and do the math on that one. That way if you are going to b17ch….at least you can be accurate about it.

To explain to you what and who my hero is might be out of your realm of fathoming. I don’t look at athletes for that. Be a good person. Try and help others. Make the world a better place. That’s my hero.

AJ signed here before the suspension LOL

SO he's NOT getting checks totaling 25 million? AMAZING!!!!

Never said it was,but I still say if someone paid me 25 million I would be a great friend. What's he supposed to say"these guys paid me so I will play here for the money"? No you know how the hype BS works. The best team on the planet is the one paying you LOL

Cool if the worst possible scenario hits, otherwise he gets 100 million for 4 years, you can spin this however you want and actually I am fine with that, but the reason he came here was not because of Hurts,so same thing for over 14 million a year guaranteed I'll say about anything you want me to say

Both Browns were traded first day of the draft.

The reason he came here is we were willing to make the trade and pay the price and hewanted to play with Hurts

Welp AZ lost alot of good receivers,so whatever, they needed them both

Right because Tenn would not go the small distance he wanted them to,that has ZERO to do with Hurts
