I really think it makes our O much harder to defend. Gotta account for Hurts. Which balances out and opens up others. Even them accounting for him they aren’t stopping him. That’s huge. He changes your whole D game plan. Makes your D less flexible. And he still does it.

How can I miss that that IS his weapon. It's certainly not his passing prowess

He’s been throwing incredible balls this year. I disagree.

Win that last game with them

O line won that game. If the D line penetrates no 1st on that 4th an 1. if D line clogs things up that hole for the 7 yard run doesn't open and Hurts can't run it in

I see him doing whatever is needed. Everyone noticed he wasn’t running much for the last few games. But we needed every bit of it against the Colts. So he did.

Yeah... I don't understand a comment saying anyone misses the fact Hurts can run???

Lately he's been tossing downfield.nice to see, still 1 read and throwing into double coverages, not a good recipe

And let's see what happens in the playoffs when teams will attempt to take that away.

So now we're down to decision making yes? Thats a different subject

Regardless...looking at the future of the OL and RB rooms... I can't see how anyone would want to spend on Sanders?

He still doesn't get that we are playing mediocre teams yet. Dullaz looks much better this time around

Nope. We kept trying to run up the middle. Failing badly. Didn’t move crap all game. Had success running outside. But Hurts didn’t go straight. He went to the side and converted. The scoring play was huge from the coaches I’d say. My understanding is we have Kelce move ahead of Hurts much of the time. So what Steichen did was had Kelce pull and Hurts didn’t follow. He delayed . Colts bought it. Huge hole. That was playcall in my eyes.

Yeah... great coaching.  You definitely want to go to war with these guys.

IMO we need 5 spots with 4 picks. I'm sure Howie will find a way,if not hit FA. RG RT,DE,DT a DB with potential. if you want a RB in there NP so really 6 things we need which can be had in the draft off season FA Dickerson will keep getting better,so will Mail, the right side needs addressed(strong side for RB's)

But the hole was there????? So Kelce is part of the Oline?

Because his statement was all about how Hurts can throw more as a complete QB instead of run. He knows Hurts runs. But you guys still aren’t understanding how much a weapon that is. He needs to run. Especially converting short yardage. But really in the clutch. He’s a gamer. He’ll do most anything to get it done. Gotta throw out your old school ideas. One size fits all thoughts. He’s creating massive headaches by doing both. Why throw when he converts running? I don’t have a problem with converting short yardage and TDs anyway we can. That’s not a development thing. Score the TD. Don’t get cute like Seattle in the SB and throw. That’s not a development thing. He’s elite in that area…I’d say. Incredible. Like

Stop looking only at the draft... lol.   More ways to get players than just the first 2 days of the draft.

Not sure about all that. Think they really kind of sucked against the Colts most of the day. Running inside was just not working. Why keep doing it? But will totally give credit on the TD play. He saw how much they were reading Kelce. Overplaying. Caught them big time.

Dude... I think Hurts is in the NFL because he can run... I think I understand fine.  I think everyone understands fine.

So we have the best OL in football?  How does our record compare?

You see correlation?  Or do you just cherry pick stats?

Name the best RBs each year in the last 20 years.. look at the team records.  Say Taylor last year? Years with Pederson, LT, the guy from Houston I keep forgetting his name..  doesn't translate.

I'm saving $ on RB and upgrading the FA I can get on the OL with that $$.   Brooks absolutely changed our OL.   I have to think a stud RG added to Mailata and Dickerson will have bigger impact than Miles Sanders.

It’s correlating to us giving up a bunch of sacks. Being low on our yards per carry.

Our best Oline isn’t winning their matchup against too many Dline

I did...because you started with 5 needs and 4 picks.   Which has been consistent with your posts.  The mock drafts already trying to fill the needs we don't know how free agency will effect first.

Um we usually GO on 4th and 1.That will lower your YPC as that counts as 1 rushing yard

I will get as many of those picks in the draft as I can

Goedert is a good blocker,so at times he is part of the O line, not technically, but you know what I mean,he can help open things on the edge for the RB's

Yes. Don’t forget Stoll

We have 4 very high picks, why would I NOT start with that?
