Why am I alone here?

Whole league history has clearly been on my side 

Now in hindsight it seems super easy. If you didn’t foresee it like I did in the offseason, whatever. But who doesn’t have high hopes this year NOW?

Easily cruised to the one seed for the most part. Anybody who doesn’t think we can make the SB speak up.

Tons of pending FA. So anyone who thinks we’ll be as good or better next year speak up.

I’m trying to figure out where the disconnect in thinking is between me and the rest.

You could add any player from the draft. But I’ve been since the Saints trade wanting one of those three S.

My guy is the 4.3 S. With elite speed and versatility.

Don’t even need to predict and look ahead much now like I was before the draft. Today. Still nobody wishes we had that 27th pick DB?

The other guy I liked was the DE.

If we went that route we wouldn’t have wasted time with Barnett once again. The bottomless pit player for us.

But BG has been great. So we have been fine there.

Or try this exercise: say out loud to yourself in the mirror: I want to win the SB this year AND trade away our first round pick.

If we do win it all it will be a fantastic move having that extra two future picks. Unbelievable! But if we lose…going to be real hard for me to not have wanted that extra high pick or two to get that Lombardi.

I look at the Packers. Think what if they didn’t take the QB in the first? They were right there one step away every year since he’s been drafted. To me….obviously was a terrible move. Gotta think any other position a decent player gets them over the top. Or imagine a stud. They win it all. Almost no way to even question that decision now.

That GM did great because he put together a team that could have won it all. But he blew it taking the QB right then. 

That’s the Championship Puzzle equation for every GM I always mention.

Packers, Broncos and Niners. Great job adding so much talent. Dominant teams. But they couldn’t finish.

Their WRs are decimated. Just an injured Olave. Not even sure he can suit up.

Lattimore might not suit up also. Even if he does he is injured .

Normal scheme of him alone all the time looks enticing

Big S out and shut down corner playing injured at best really makes their D vulnerable. Respect that D. 

Struggling QB missing both G is also 

Hargrave and Fletch got eat

He’s going to just start throwing balls up then

I can’t see our D not dominating with that

Sacks, fumbles and interceptions hurray

Gannon should have the D carry us really

Vick was probable the fastest QB ever.

He also threw a really pretty ball. The trouble is you never knew where it was gonna come down.

Vick had a cannon

He could be off balance and flick his wrist for a thirty five yard laser. Trying to remember how deep he could throw….it was far
