You can’t think Niners didn’t respect our DB personnel. So they must have noticed a flaw in the D scheme to expose.

Of course that is supposedly..,.because we sure didn’t see it happen…that is understandable though. But if their plan was block elite pass rusher with backup TE to ‘expose us’….then yeah…wasn’t real smart.

I hope KC uses Kelce lol

No chance.

Cox feeling fresh. He compliments Summer's Eve.

I'm loving this DL rotation. Reminiscent of 2017! Find out just how good Mahome's ankle really is running for his life with Reddick and Sweat chasing him lol

He was using some brutal words like "expose” our pass D. We’ll see. I’m not seeing anything to those levels. AR will tell us…or not…on the field in the big game.

Jenkins needed to bulk up much more converting from nickel corner than CGJ  has yet. It was supposed to read.

Thank you for the explanation. You can see why I was confused.

Aiyuck was saying he expects KC passing game to destroy us. The Niners had a plan to expose our pass D….before they ran out of pass Throwing ability.

It COULD happen. I sure hope not. Pass rush, if it is great, will wreck whatever "plan” to destroy the Eagles D the Chiefs have designed.

IDK that's a loose term. I mean how many times do you get beat until you are "exposed"?  IMO Exposed is when the same guy gets beat over and over and I don't see that happening with this defense. I think we could very expose THEM in some match-ups. I don't see the big 3 getting beat continuously. They will make plays, they got this far for a reason just like we did

Aiyuk clearly has a feeling they scripted out a plan and flaw to EXPOSE in our pass D. Pretty different than him just stating that guy couldn’t cover me type thing. Seems like what he was told and explained by Shannahan.

Five man line D playcalls lend to some easier takes on the pass coverage situation being a man down.

This would kill any shot of a Euro expansion team, because look at soccer. You merely touch one on the shoulder and they lay on the ground writhing in pain holding their ankle LMAO. heading for WUSSYBALL

In response to this post... I'm not even looking past what you said in the first sentence.

There should be no European expansion.   Can't have a league play on 2 different continents.

No matter how imaginative and NFL executive can try to spin it... it ain't gonna work.

Im not fearful of anything getting " exposed "   we have the best pass rush and 3 pro bowl DBs.   If any player thinks they can " expose" that...then what about the other 30 teams?

I'm sure SF had a plan.  Everyone does until they get hit in the mouth.

But hilarious with the MVP and the best QB in football the idea of " exposing" something is what appears.

Can't be simple idea of players just being better?  Needs to be scheme?

It's funny how all time great QBs " expose " things though...who knew?

I think some guys with the mentality of " Andy Reid is so smart, and Gannon is so dumb"  might be disappointed after this game.  I think if anything, we will see why Mahomes is the MVP.     Even with that, we should win the game as long as Hurts plays decent.  If anything, i thought he might have been exposed.  But good thing is our OL makes it hard for opponents to expose much.

Question.   If you say we are " a man down with a 5 man line"

Obviously the SF plan was to keep the extra TE to block...  then how are we a man down?

Isn't it just 6 covering 4 instead of 7 covering 5?   That's actually more of an advantage for the D Isn't it?

Or maybe the plan was SF thinking they could block our 5 with just their 5?   Either way... personally I see a flaw in the offensive strategy.

I think an advantage we have strategically...is some of these teams are used to winning the battle at thr lines.   They can't do that as easily vs us. So in reality they have to scheme that part first before worrying about scheming vs our secondary or WRs.

I believe SF flaw was thinking their lines were going to handle ours.  If KC has the same idea..  they in trouble.

That's what the balloon was spying on. Now it makes sense,it's an international plot. A player has a "feeling" therefore it's fact,OK bro LOL. Maybe we know that they know that we know that they know what they shouldn't have known, but we know they know and we will spoil those plans ya know?

Just my observations from reading,The SF defense is/was(lol) better than KC and we put up 31 on them without breaking a sweat. Not hard to beat a team on QB4,but we still kicked the SF D to the curb(and Gannon called that) KC has weak spots vs the run game, weak spots vs the passing game. Mahomes is a trooper,no doubt there. I thought it was a "lucky" win vs Cincy on a stupid move by a player. We can't make that mistake, must be disciplined. I see no reason we can't win this game. I'm not worried about being "exposed". Even if we are(longshot) we can outscore them. It's a good test for Siri in his growth as a coach. They need to be WAY more worried about us than the other way around. I believe we stuff their running game and keep Mahomes running around. Someone needs to stick like glue to Kelce, maybe DT if needed or at least a chip block disruption to throw the timing off. Should be a great game but I am confident we hoist the Lombardi. Your last sentence is gold and i agree. Win or lose what a dang great season we had but I fully expect a W

Dick Vermeil had my favorite quote before playing Dallas in the championship game... " if the Dallas Cowboys come in here and take us lightly...  we'll whip their ass."
