Just some random comments for people who didn't watch the game and have no intention to do so. I find myself being more annoyed at the result of the game than I probably should. It's ridiculous t

I agree with the Patriots not making the playoffs, but losing twice to the Jets, that is a huge stretch.

And get shut out against the Bills.

Pats should start McCorkle

Breaking News Cam Newton not throwing in rhythm.

Also water is wet...

They beat the Jets both times last year, and averaged 15 PPG against the Bills.  Patriots scored double digits in 13 of 16 games last year.  What changed so much about their team that makes you think they will be so bad ??

The quicker they get Newton out of there and turn the page, the better off they'll be.  Hard to imagine he'll last as the starter beyond Week 5 or 6.  They start with MIA, NYJ, NO, TB, and HOU as their easiest stretch; if they aren't 3-2 at a minimum Newton needs to take a seat.

Cam Newton is awful and has been for years.

It's amazing how much of a pass he gets in the media because he won an MVP 10 years ago.

Joint practices are forcing Sirianni to finally go 2 hours

I'd liked to have seen Belichick's face when Sirianni asked him if it was time to pack it in at the 45-minute mark.

So you want the Patriots to suck because of hurt feelings about my comment.

They actually added a lot this off season plus had a bunch of guys on covid list last year who are coming back. I can't see them being that bad.

They will finish second in the division @NCiggles

Amazing it wasn’t 10 years. Was just 6 (2015). Just feels like it’s been 10 years.

Didn't he throw 2 picks? Is that fewer then normal?

Sounds like an avatar bet is in order.  I win, you have to have a Bill Belichek avatar of my choosing for a month, you win, I have either the Jets or Dolphins coach avatar of your choosing for a month.

So in other words, Hurts was bad today.

Nor did Wallace or Malik Jackson.

Yeah much better to not go after a injury type player but one who was late 20s and declining. coming off a season where he got benched by the Jaguars. And then give him a contract they couldn’t get out of without big dead money for 2 years (really had to rearrange his contract just to cut him in March cause of his bad contract structure to begin with)

and don’t give me this oh he was fine speech. I stated at the time they signed him (plenty of others and reporters with the jags) he was declining and not what he was with the Broncos (SB year— other years he was pretty much like he was the one season here) or even in 2016-17 with the Jaguars.  And once i saw the contract i said that was even worse than just bringing him here. Then he got hurt and was a POS off the field and not that great on the field.
