A Devonta, Reagor, Quez trio sure is fast. These guys taking it to the next level would be gigantic for this team.

Just some random comments for people who didn't watch the game and have no intention to do so. I find myself being more annoyed at the result of the game than I probably should. It's ridiculous t

Surprised he's not ripping on that pass

So cut Tyree Jackson and keep Croom?  Because Jackson is converting to TE from QB and Croom has played that position all his life?  I am sure his relationship with Meyer helped but his athleticism was probably an attraction for Tebow just like with Jackson.  I agree on the age difference but Tebow has been playing baseball for the last few years so he was 34 in beat up football years quite possibly.  On the 90 man roster no one is really preventing another player from a shot.  Same argument could be made for the Eagles keeping 8 TEs on the roster.  After all, Wilson immediately signed with WTF so were the Eagles blocking his shot by burying him deep on our roster?

Eh I don't think it's a fair comparison. Literally the only reason Tebow got a tryout was because of his relationship with Meyer. Everybody knew it was a joke.

Solved his double clutch catching issue.  Just use one hand to catch the ball.

I hear you.  Definitely all comes down to environments we are brought up in.  I would 100% suggest going to a game live...even an AHL game.  Even if you don't know the ins and outs, it's non-stop action and being a sports fan I'd imagine you'll pick up on things fast.  I'm not a NASCAR fan but I've been to some dirt track races up here at Williams Grove and the old Silver Spring track that is no more.

Another live sport that is a lot of fun live....the rodeo.  I have a client who takes me to the Cowtown rodeo and man can that get exciting...also never hurts to have cute country gals walking around in cutoffs.

I'm going to have to get to a hockey game soon. I really don't have an excuse at this point, since I'm 30 min from the reading royals and 45 min from the Hershey Bears lol. Plus they have a chickie and Pete's, I don't care if it's a touristy type restaurant, those fries are amazing so back off! Lol

I've been to a rodeo a couple of times they are fun!! It wasn't the bull riding kind though. It was the barrel racing and the cattle wrangle ( not sure if that is the proper terminology lol). Demolition Derbys are really fun too. I haven't been to either in a long long time their was a venue for all that stuff to about 20 min from me lol. Unfortunately that venue closed be har of covid which really sucks. It was great they would have the rodeo on a Friday or Sunday then the demolition derby before or the next day.

@e-a-g-l-e-s eagles! was learning how to use the archived board, and found the game day thread of the Super Bowl.  Here you go.

Tebow brings fans in FL.  Made absolute sense from a potential marketing position to give him a chance.  And he is built like an Hback. Not sure it is all about his relationship with Meyers as much as Meyers and Tebow as a potential marketing ploy.  Jags owner has shown himself to be very much into marketing the team.  Hell, not much different than being the home team every year in London.  He’s the Bill Veeck of modern football.

I don't know....1 handed catches aren't that exciting anymore, especially during practice.  Seems like you see them all the time.

Reading sucks. Go to a Bears game.

Never forget @Don Corleone launched shots at Mike Lombardi before Kelce

Little was drafted #37 overall in 2019. Dickerson was drafted at the same spot. Life comes at you fast.

Yet you defend him.  Of all players.     He’s rather self promoting don’t you think?

If it’s not really a big deal either way, then why feel the need to defend him?

Self promoting?  So let me get this straight when he deleted his social media last year it's "he's mentally weak", now he posts occasional highlight catches (which virtually every NFL WR does occasionally) it's "shut up and dribble" time?

Predictable.

I get this point, but I think it further shows the selfishness. He was never signed to actually make the team; it was a dog and pony show.

That's a lot of $$$ for a box safety.

I like Reagor and generally don't mind his videos he posts....but it's more than occasional, I'd say.

On top of two first round picks also

Green Bay and Seattle are basically a house of cards, both supported by their QBs. If either Wilson or AAAaaaaaron went down for a long time, they'd go from 12 win teams to 4 win teams. It's wild.

@vikas83 here you go, live from the Super Bowl

 Shut up and dribble?  Who said that?  That's going pretty far, don't ya think?  I always understood that as being used when talking about an athlete who chimes in on political or social issues.  Not posting self promoting snippets from the good plays in a practice.  The good-to-great pros, don't feel the need to celebrate how good on great they are or social media.

Sheesh.  You're almost as defensive as he is.

I didn't think it "was really that big of a deal"?

Try to keep up.  Him posting a video on social media of a good catch "isn't that big of a deal".  Again WRs do that all the time. Hell Quez Watkins has several up on his Twitter account right now.

Whining about  him being too self promoting for a few highlight catch videos after he got grilled for being off social media entirely last year is some hypocritical nonsense and almost as silly as claiming he's not athletic.
