Well Jalen had a stomach issue that sent him to the hospital. Regardless if you believe it or not there should be an asterisk by his name too.

That would be proof that if they had played 20 snaps in the pre-season they wouldn't be that way? So the only way football players can build up stamina is to play in preseason games.   Maybe Sirianni will give them pickle juice and everyone will be fine.

Avery should be cut.  No one is going to pick up Stevens or Johnson if they get cut.  I think Bradley should make the team because he's shown more potential than Taylor and he plays STs.

And that also kept him form playing week 3 why? The point remains the same, he didn't play enough in pre season. But that will be a good excuse if he plays bad later for you.

@Iggles_Phan Here's a play for you. It's Gainwell's TD and features Toth'.

From the 5 yard line. Double TE to the left, Rodgers and Stoll. There's nice communication here between Dillard and Toth. Looking at this alignment, you might expect Toth and Dillard to double the RDT, and Herbig, since he's uncovered, to release to the MLB. But no.

Rodgers makes a nice reach block on the RDE and Stoll comes to double team him. Dillard takes on the DT and Toth releases to the MLB. Herbig and Opeta double the LDT. Driscoll has the LDE.

Toth cleans out the MLB. Herbig and Opeta have erased the LDT, and Driscoll has the LDE locked up. Dillard is riding the RDT. A key element of zone blocking is to get the defender going in a direction and then keep him going.

Both the RDE and RDT have been turned sideways and being shoved out of the hole. Gainwell is cutting off Dillard's left hip. Kudos to Stoll, who has come off the double with Rodgers to block the SS.

That's a nice hole for Gainwell...

... and he scores easily, not touched until he's in the end zone.

I think Herbig is safe with his G/C versatility.  He's been up and down this camp but I think he's a lock.

Jack Stoll looks a little Celek-ish to me. Some limitations but plays really tough with a lot of natural TE traits.

JFC I forgot and made a mistake, stop whining, its fixed. It's kinda hard to go through every preseason box score and remember who all was out or in for some other reason than a coach not playing him.

There's nothing to even be right about with it. Its f'ing stats.
