Man on man, Hurts is just bad, zero improvement week to week or over an entire offseason. 

I gotta tell you, I normally watch every second of every game no matter how bad we are, just to see the individuals progress, but seriously thinking if Hurts starts the second half, i'm turning it off and going to bed, you cant have individual progress when your QB is hot garbage.................

People are quick to see Sirianni gone already.  Let's see the offense with a real QB first.   If it's still awful then fine.  

Guarantee the offense will look better with Flacco or Minshew at QB.  Hurts blows as a passer.  He's all scrambling and short passing.

Yep. Gardner Minshew maybe but he’s not close to being ready.

Minshew can probably play well enough to evaluate, and he has theoretical upside. Flacco is a waste of cap space. 

I think Sirianni is going to be one and done. I know a lot of people don't think so, but I don't think they ever really wanted him in the first place.

It'll be a more attractive job next offseason with the multiple first round picks.

It's not just wins and losses too. Howie is in Lurie's ear and Sirianni is making Howie's picks look bad with incompetence.

Are some people seriously expecting Hurts to transform week by week? He is what he is. He isn't going to become a legit passer by showing up to practice W-F. Some people seriously can't see how limited Hurts is... I don't know what to tell them.

I can't really blame Sirianni when he's scheming open receivers and his QB is missing them.

It would be helpful to evaluate the coach with a QB capable of executing the offense.
