Wouldn't it make sense to just keep the brace?

Knowing this from my wife's 50 billion knee surgeries you can actually weaken it by wearing the brace too long.

Yep, those assault rifles will come in handy against Cobras and M1 tanks. And they're good for shooting down F-15s.

You think your local redneck militia would last five minutes against a Marine battalion?

If you're worried about tyranny, you should be for universal military service.

Let's ignore what Vietnam, Afghanistan and Iraq showed us.  Doesn't matter how much better equipped your military is, an armed population can stand up.

But your sentiment is also funny because I have no doubt you're one of the people hysterical over the unarmed January 6th protest claiming that was some legitimate attempt to over throw the government.

The invention of the internet has been eliminated the potential of a government becoming tyrannical over its people?

When has a "tyrannical government" been overthrown by a gun toting populace in the last 200 years in western society?

Take this crap to CVON

They don't come to power with an armed populace.  On the flip side though we have seen governments take away their citizens right to bear arms and then that government proceeded to continue take more centrized power to the detriment of its people and their rights.

I commented on Mailata's right knee a day or two ago. He was unable to do two kick steps in a row and was getting beaten to his outside shoulder by a DE taking a wide angle. The brace stiffens your joint, whatever joint it may be, as anyone who's ever worn one will attest.

He was talking about America being invaded like Vietnam. Which will never happen.

In part because we have well armed citizens.

Name one.

Really, really need Mailata to stay healthy for the rest of the year and to show that he can stop speed on his outside shoulder.  This might be the most important thing on the entire team to keep an eye on for the balance of the year.

No. Because you have a billion dollar standing army. And support from a number of allied countries that would help defend you. That combined, are likely bigger than any threat you'd face.

I highly recommend Jack Rakove's Original Meanings. I acknowledge that it is light on Hurts and Mahomes, but it's pretty solid about the Constitution.

Last thing I will say about this in here. I think the Constitution was by far the best most significant political document ever penned. Nothing comes close.

Yup, and I saw that comment.

that assumes our house of cards stands erect. With the way we print money, and our increasing debt, at some point if not corrected, our monetary system will collapse.

The need to be armed will never be more important. That may never happen, and it could happen in less than 10 years.

Which is ironic, because a bunch of the militia, gun toting 2nd amendment crowd have never served, and would be the first ones hiding in Canada if they were forced to serve.

I suggest you read it again; It actually has a full chapter on why Hurts is a terrible qb.

As Afghanistan has proven twice now. Armed citizens trump big armies.

I mean, we have an army? So do you. If another country actually invaded, I'd leave it to the army to defend us. We also have alliances (as do you) with other countries that would also help with defending us.

When was the last tyrannical government that needed to be overthrown by gun wielding citizens in western society?

Just read that out loud to yourself a couple times.

and most of the retired military continue to own guns.

How the F would you know that?

Are you referring to 1776? Almost 250 years ago now?

All the gun toting militia muh freedomz people I know, couldn't pass the physical to work at McDonalds, let alone serve in the military.

There was no need for his comment imo. Plenty of "gun toting 2nd amendment crowd" have been pressed into service over the years and have gone. Plenty of "gun toting 2nd amendment crowd" joined voluntarily after 911.

Sure wish we doubled down on Reagor for this year.

Hey at least we didn't pick Ruggs

As far as America needing it's citizens to defend her....Bacarty actually made a great point. In Afghan/Iraq, their hands were tied due to humanitarian concerns. If America is being invaded (which is insanely unlikely, like, even more unlikely than Hurts becoming a good QB), then there won't be humanitarian concerns when it comes to the army protecting the country. America could basically turn any country in the world into glass if it wants to. It's laughable that they could be invaded by boots on the ground, and only saved by gun toting citizens.
