Wishing injury to the QB who lead the team to the playoffs?

Some of y’all are just pure trash.

the QB lead the team to peril at 2-5. The run game lead the team back to relevance.

So one teams gets a bye from each Conference?  Is it possible we could play the Cowboys in round 1?

Quite likely

Vikings comeback?

Sounds real close to tampering talking with former players who want to come back.

Just like Hurts seeing the field I guess

Playing bad teams and having an OL that is playing very well with the run lead them to the playoffs. Not Hurts.

If Hurts goes down they have a better chance. Shame he will probably get rest next week. Love to see him get drilled and knocked out so a real QB can play.

Who wishes injury on their team’s starting QB? You’re a POS, dude. You’re not a true fan, let alone a "Die Hard.”

He meant Michael Strahan and Eli Manning.

The guy has been the starting QB all season for the team.

They are in the playoffs.

Wishing injury on him is garbage.

He is getting tagged no doubt

If there was ever a year to sign a tagged player and fork up the draft capital it costs to give up....maybe this is it?

I do and have for weeks. Hurts is a RB not a real QB ;) Rather see him just benched but I'm fine with either at this point. I want him gone any way possible because he is just holding them back.

agree about wishing injury on him. I dont mean to defend that. But... Hurts did not lead them to the playoffs. He was brought along for the ride.

No.

Nah not unless its a prime qb. Otherwise the price is far too steep

Its fairly likely the 9ers lose to the rams. I wonder if we want to play for 6th.

You don't take your foot off the pedal in Week 18 like you've achieved something by getting the 7 seed in Year 1 of a coaching tenure.   Any player that is dinged up can sit, but you don't sit a healthy player for this game.  They just came off a bye a couple weeks ago.   No need for another one.  Young team, young players, young coaches... not a time to get cute.   After all, they already got cute back in the OTAs and PS.  And frankly, the team played pretty lousy coming off the bye.

No.  But, it was a sign of bad management.

Of course. Just saying I’m skeptical of us seeing our cap hell either.

Well, that was never really the point.

But, either way, I disagree.

He deserves credit, even though he’s had plenty of flaws.

He's not a staring QB for a team that wants to win. I want him out any way possible to see how the offense looks with a real QB. Glad you still have a thing for me when I post. Flattering but not interested.

You’re just still saying the same scumbag things you said early in the season, I’m just calling you out & will continue to do so anytime you do it again. If you don’t want him as your QB, that’s fine but advocating for him to get hurt is wild. It’s not a random call out but if it makes you feel fuzzy inside because it’s the only time you get any attention in your life, then so be it.

Credit for what? Handing the ball off? For other people blocking well? For holding the offense back because he can't see the freaking field? Team looked much better as a real offense without him. I don't like people getting hurt but he is holding the offense back and needs to go.

I hope you trip down your parents’ basement steps into your Cheeto dust covered hovel.

both teams still have a division game left to play. There would have been a different 16 games played than the ones both teams have played so far. Which one gets taken out? And then, we need to see the results of the final division game.

You cant say for sure right now that the 9ers are in over the eagles in that scenario.

OK and if the Niners win next week you would only be in the playoffs because the NFL added an extra seed.

however asked the question if it was only 16 games (didn’t make a caveat for divisional game being lost) which they played 16 games and only 6 seeds then the Eagles would be outside looking in

🙂 Glad I'm in your head.

If the Eagles could pull off an upset against the Cowboys in the playoffs, it would be so good for morale during these times.

We already saw it this year.  We'll see it again next year to an extent.

Cap hell is dependent on how you define it... $61M in dead money for 2021... that's pretty ridiculous.  And they will have over $30M in dead money for 2022.  That's a lot of money that could have been used on players to help build the team...

Yes, well we can't all have what we want like the guy in your pic being the starting QB.

If the nfl had not bastardized the regular season, the year would be over tonight and we would not be in the playoffs.  That’s not to take anything away from a 9-7 record, which is plenty good enough for a playoff berth.
