Eagles won a sloppy game. D was just good enough.

cow pads lose. Always a good, thing

Both fins and colts lose.  Good. Hopefully a repeat next week.

Looks like Green Bay may win clinching a playoff berth for the Eagles and killing the cowpads chance of a #1 seed.

Good day overall.

Colts ain’t losing next week … unfortunately

Bucs are struggling as of late and they are down two WRs now.

I’d probably take tampa considering all the turmoil going on then the right now and the rams have won 5 straight even with Stafford throwing 5 picks the last 2 weeks.

The bigger annoyance was the Redskins’ version of Singleton playing LB.

Holcomb is a very good LB.  I don't think Singleton is anywhere near his level of play.

I was referring to his mullety whiteness.

If the jets can lead Tampa for almost the entire game, we can beat them.

Ill take either. Playing with house money, and our run game should keep any game fairly close by limiting possession time for the other team.

But I just have a gut feeling Brady will Brady at any given moment. Whereas Stafford and a suspect D can give a game away. Rams have struggled with lesser teams, even if theyve come out on top more often than not. Theyre not unbeatable by any stretch of the imagination.

I would be happy.

Reich vs Jacksonville (who quit weeks ago), don’t get to hopeful.

Can we all agree that "We drafted Justin Jefferson" is the new "I went to Cornell" as the new pinnacle of accomplishment for a mediocre generation of sad losers that no one wants to hang out with.

I kind of feel like we match up with the rams better. Their D was suspect most of the year, especially against the run. And Stafford has been an INT machine. They dont have a good run game. And Kupp will Kupp but Slay should be able to slow him down a bit. I kinda like that matchup.

I dont think our game against the Bucs was as bad as the score shows. And from there, they got worse and we got better. But I still think theyre better, and have Brady.

To me it would come down to not wanting to face brady. The turmoil and everything going on in tampa would make me want to face them more. but then they still have Brady who i still think could carve us up cause he’s Fing brady. I think Stafford is more turnover prone and i think the eagles like you said can run on them more whereas the Bucs and Bowles probably have a couple tricks up their sleeves.

Thanks but no thanks, do not want Brady for as long as possible. Bring on Stafford.

agreed. In addition to all of that, the Bucs will use this Antonio Brown thing as something to rally from. He can quit. We have all we need here! cliche stuff.

I am actually torn. I rather not face brady cause I’ve seen what he can do in the postseason even when people think the chips are down. I think i actually agree with you i rather face Stafford and the rams. I think you also likely get a good portion of that crowd in LA to be eagles fans.

Pretty sure Dane Brugler had him in his top 100, maybe higher

The hype train had him a 1st round potential guy going into the season (possibly top 10 pick IIRC).  That's he's slipped into obscurity of 'top 100' is quite telling.  How much Gopher games have you watched of his?  He's just a large human who gets in the way of inferior talent lined up across him.  Normally you refer to bad OL as speed bumps, his size basically makes him a bollard.  He moves like one too.

Colts probably won't lose against the Jags, but they struggled against them in their first matchup. Wentz is capable of having a road clunker.

I agree. Im saying, I dont think tampa is unbeatable. But I prefer the matchup with the Rams rather than playing against the playoff brady cheat code, and other legitimate cheating.

I know we have our eyes set on defense in draft, but I still think Eagles would be wise to grab an OL in the first 2 rounds.

I would be on board if Kelce hangs them up. I'm assuming Brooks is gone regardless. If Kelce gives one more year I'm not crazy about  a day 1 o-lineman. Day 2 I would be "fine" with if they did...

I actually thought about that today when he left the game the bucs would use that as a rallying cry. I could totally see them doing so and im guessing more analyst will doubt them and he’ll use it as motivation.

yep. Weve done that before. When they were legitimately trying to hire actors to go appear as fans for the background of the pre-game show.

I am in this camp if the best available player is an offensivr lineman and the next best player is a defensive player but it’s not graded close to that OL. I’m taking that OL then. I’d prefer a defensive player considering our defense but sometimes the board doesn’t work that way.

yep. Theyll have plenty of bulletin board material.

Admittedly I haven’t watched any of his games, just basing this off what I’ve read from draft pundits. I just liked the story of him and background of what I’ve read. I work on saturdays so haven’t been able to watch CFB really, once draft season kicks in I’ll start watching his games in my free time.

Me thinks GB might be playing in February.

Nope, and Cole was a 5th rounder. Great value, we get Gerrys' in round 5. We took Thorson 6 picks before him too to rub a little extra pink Himalayan into the wound.

I think the LA WR will give the Eagles fits on top of flying across the country.
