You're right, talking to Howie and Hurts haters is like talking to a tree.

You're tired of getting owned.  Only reason why you came back was because the Eagles won all of these games against crap teams.  And you wanna come along and try to claim high ground.  Long and short....you're dumb.  You have been blown apart by many posters in here last night and today.  And when the Eagles season is over you won't come back until the just before the 2023 season.  Where there will be a new crop of players that you will tout as future all pros, but in reality you'll have no clue about them as well.

Don't you know the Eagles 7th rounder this year has a high ceiling? And is comparable to Brian Dawkins?

Isn't Considine white?

Nope.  The guy who left for greener pastures.

Tom Brady.

No there hasn't but at this point I get tired of correcting fools and I just don't care anymore.

Carson not physically whining on camera means he didn't whine.

That his exit was amicable on all sides.

Saying he whined to get out is a figure of speech.

He left because he was disgruntled, which would entail a certain amount of perceived whining.

But yeah technically there's no evidence that he physically whined...

I take it back maybe people still do care about Wentz, the only time I ever have any thought about Wentz is when the topic of his playing time for draft pick compensation comes up, other than that🤷‍♂️

I recently met a family member of his. She said Considine loved Reid, JJ and Harbaugh. He absolutely hated Jack Del Rio and Jacksonville.

EDGEs in top 15: Hutchinson, Thibodeaux, Karlaftis, Ojabo, Walker.

Walker IMO is exactly what we need. He also wouldn't have to start in 2022 (#3 behind Graham & Sweat).

I *think* Dilllard is good based on his rookie year and limited play this year. He's definitely a top 32 LT...but there aren't 25 good LTs in the NFL. How much is that worth in a trade? I'm not sure. I wouldn't trade him for a 5, but round 3 or better giddy up. RD4 is where it gets to be a tough call.

I think they would get more trading him for a 2023 pick.  They have enough picks in the 2022 draft.  Another pick this year isn't going to make a difference, getting a 2nd or 3rd in 2023 will give them more ammo to potentially get a QB.

2018:  Goedert, Sweat, Mailata, are starters, Maddox a top NCB, Pryor starting for Indy but he's really a backup

2019:  Sanders a starter, Dillard is tough, would have started if not for the bicep, blocked by two All Pro caliber talents, that doesn't diminish his talent.

2020:  Hurts, Watkins. Driscoll is a top backup with starter potential. Taylor was starting before his injury.

2021:  Smith, Dickerson, Williams started due to Graham's injury, but is a backup with starter potential.

8 starters in 4 years, but a top NCB and 4 other players who may start here or elsewhere in 2022. With an extra 2nd, but missing a 1st and (2) 3rd rd picks.

4 of the 8 have pro bowl potential.

That's above average drafting even with JJAW and Reagor. Given where they drafted (only one top ten pick in four years) and the # of 1st and 2nd day picks they had to work with.

I like Damone Clark, great length and straight line speed - I get a Nigel Bradham vibe from him.  That being said, he isn't a coverage ace - but he'll hit people.

My posts reflect my "rational" opinion on the team and players.  Unfortunately, having "rational" conversations with people hell bent on firing Howie and benching Hurts is a pipe dream.  You guys have become a "click" in here and the irony is that the vast majority of Eagles fans would agree with most of what I post about the team.  Most fans, even the ones that started to get on the "Howie Hate" bandwagon have taken a step back this year and at least said, "Well, maybe he's not so bad after all".   You guys have become a small, loud, belligerent minority of fans.  You guys are miserable and the team just made the playoffs.  Sad.

I'd definitely take Travon Walker as a 4i or 3T - certainly a good guy to work with Milton Williams in a rotation.  As a LDE, maybe?  He's insanely athletic for his size.

I have a high ceiling.

But my floor is rock bottom.

The Eagles only beat 2 teams in 2017 with a winning record before the playoffs. Cowboys and Rams. Only one playoff team.

Please stop using this as an excuse to lower the bar.   Plenty of high quality players have been drafted AFTER the Eagles' first pick.  I did a breakdown a while ago of exactly how many Pro Bowlers have been selected AFTER the Eagles first selection of that draft since the last one was selected (Wentz)... and the answer came out to in the 30s, IIRC.  (feel free to double check that.  I don't remember). And if you go by total Pro Bowlers drafted, all but about 3 other teams had at least one... the perennial playoff teams had multiple.  The Eagles had zero.   This year the Eagles have alternates.  Next year they may actually get some Pro Bowlers, but to call Howie's drafting above average is inaccurate.  Do the math on what average is and then make the claim.   Average would mean more than 1 Pro Bowler in that time.  Howie is currently still at 0.

I would also seriously  think about taking Muma over Lloyd , too .

I thought making the pro-bowl is a popularity contest since Hurts made it as an alternative?  But now it's the barometer for successful drafts?  Interesting.

Yes, they are your opinion, but they are not rational.  You said there was 17-18 starters in that post, then you were 100% proven wrong, and you tried to qualify that player x, y and z, even though they are not really a starter, in your mind they are a starter.  You were proven wrong, get over it.

That's not true. They beat the 9-7 Chargers and the 11-5 Panthers who were a playoff team.

Given the owner and the crappy stadium, I think Washington Wieners makes the most sense.
