Loved watching Dallas celebrate their success against our backups.

Hope it gives them some false confidence going into next week.

Ooof... 0-7 against 0.500 teams is the worst record for any NFL playoff team ever.  

 

 

If you want that to change... gotta hope for a Saints win tomorrow.   🤮

Well when you have won a grand total of 3 playoff games in the last 26 years, never getting past division round you take what victories you are given I guess. 

I'm pretty stoked that I gave away our tickets and didn't bother to go to that mess of a game. Right now I'd be freezing my ass off walking to the subway and facing about an hour's worth of public transportation before I finally get to my car to get home.

I absolutely HATED the idea of going for two points down 51-26 with two minutes left. Why bother? The only thing that can come out of it is an injury, and yeah, Minshew gets thrown down onto his shoulder and kinda winces when he gets up.

I guess we root for Tampa Bay tomorrow. And the Saints and Rams.

Pros: Devonta breaks Rookie WR Record, Eagles most Rushing in Franchise history (Still got over 140 yards).  Kelce Iron Man Streak continues,  No Major Starters injured

Cons:  Defensive and ST backs up didn't do that great as the game went on.  Offense was OK but the WR had way to many drops.   

It was our backups mostly against their Starters.   They ran up the score but I'm not concerned.   Playoffs everyone is 0-0.   We will either pay Rams, Cards or Bucs.   Only small outside chance it's Dallas again.

Colts losing to the Jags and missing the playoffs would probably be one of the best parts of the year.

I didn’t watch the ARI-DAL game last week but the Cards were up 22-7 after 3 quarters and were full value for the win in DAL.  If they go down there and repeat it next weekend that would be mighty sweet.

With this loss, we basically have guaranteed that a loss next week will give us pick #19.

If Dolphins lose they’ll probably be like 13-16, and Colts missing playoffs which I doubt happens, would put Colts pick at 17 or 18 I think. Best case scenario for draft picks is 3 in that 11-20 range

Impressive how they set the franchise record for rushing yards on a season without a 1k yard rusher.

I am not so stoked that I took the free tickets, as it turned out to be a miserable game… although I had hope when it was 17-17 that we’d somehow get to halftime, and then face their backups in the 2nd half. Ugh.

At least I live in S.Philly so getting back to the house was only a chaotic subway ride away.
