@HazletonEagle you should have made that bet.  We could have had a month vacation from @Bacarty2.  But he is such a degenerate gambler he still may bet you.

Do it buddy, do it for us.

Aye... But, he's more of a scratch and dent discount.

And now that Russell Wilson finally suffers an injury and is going to miss games, this tweet is right on time.

Lol Sorry.

Hes going to have to tweet that reporter a bet challenge since the reporter just told him he's wrong with no repercussions.

Reporters.  Always running their mouth with no repercussions.

Maybe he will do the honorable thing and ban himself anyway.

If we are going white on white, just add the white helmet with green wing and do it 100%.

I thought it was approved this season?

Whens the last time they went all green? Early 2000's?

Pretty sure the last all green was the last game at the Vet.

It's approved for next season....but here's the kicker....Lurie apparently didn't give any plans to the NFL so the Eagles won't have a 2nd helmet/uniform until 2023.

So the owner who was pushing to get rid of the 1 helmet rule, finally has it go away only to not have a 2nd helmet option approved by the NFL.

An Eagles spokesperson said the team was "excited about the possibilities and is beginning to look into its options, as the policy was just released. Any new developments will be announced at the appropriate time.”

But sources with the team said the NFL deadline for uniform selection for the 2022 season has already passed, and the Eagles submitted their black alternate jersey. Any new helmet the team could wear would have to work with those uniforms. So barring a change from the league, fans won’t get to see the Birds in kelly green until 2023 at the soonest.

They have a pretty cupcake schedule besides 1 to 2 games. Steelers, Saints, Jags, Bye, Packers, Cardinals, Washington. I think they just stick with Smith.

What would really throw everybody for a loop is if Howie started his next off-season plans now, and traded them Jalen Hurts

I've thought about this...Pittsburgh is good enough team to make the playoffs with Hurts. Hurts' cap hit is so low the next 3 years (including this one) is something that the Steelers who are cash strapped would be attracted to. Sadly, they think Big Ben is salvageable.

Can't say Ridder is inspiring much confidence so far as a first round QB.

Staring down receivers, bailing out too soon, forcing throws in double coverage etc.

Throws a pretty ball though.

It’s possible. Would be interesting to see what that process would be like and the results of it, as well as how team performs rest of the season.

Just pure speculation, hypothetical, only to indulge in this idea, what would Hurts trade value realistically be right now? Factoring in his play, rookie contract, and other teams need for QB? I think Sam Darnold is good reference point on this

A 3rd and a conditional 2nd . I base this off of absolutely nothing

Not for a few weeks anyway... 😉

Yep. A couple of years ago I realised why as a child I was forced to spend an afternoon in a soggy field in Scotland on a family holiday. It made no sense at the time, but clearly my Gran put my Dad on a mission to go there.

Yikes. Jets own Seattle's 1st rounder.

It was gross but I didn't think it'd take him out for weeks like this

If Wilson becomes available, Howie will break the bank for him.

Wilson has been the apple of Howie's eye since the day of he got drafted by Seattle.

Based on what? What makes you think that?

Should we hire Gruden next week?
