But still I find it hard to imagine anyone with an IQ north of 12 seeing a "Joe Biden did that!" or "Rebulicans voted against the price gouging bill!" sticker on a pump and having it change their mind on anything. It's just crappy graffiti at that point that some guy has to scrape off now.

Yup pretty much. We got crazy lucky. Bought in December of 2019. Refinanced a year later to 2.85%. Just brought in an architect to plan out a big addition because I ain't moving again unless I absolutely have to.

Note sure I've ever seen a "Republicans voted against the price gouging bill!" sticker, but like everything liberals try to do to combat right wing memes, it's too wordy and clearly a knockoff of a better, more original idea.
