I said, "3 QBs by pick #11".

And, "Gotta trade up for Pickett".

But the Eagles had other plans.

Other than some trolling, Point A never happened.

Way to go out on a limb.  Happens every offseason.  Some will be real and some will be just pushing buttons on eazy posters.  It's a Philadelphia thing to create confusion for the QB and to fight amongst ourselves.  You are talking about a town that booed McNabb at the draft, picketed Vick, and debated maniacally Foles/Wentz and that doesn't even touch the surface of the QB "love" unleashed by this city.  Hell, its a tradition for GOOD quarterbacks, so why expect any different for bad ones.
