Only but the most ardent Putin apologists would disagree that he's got egg on his face for how they've performed so far.

Is their air force really that weak? Poor management? Are they holding back? Really strong showing by the Ukrainian air force+ whatever invisible foreign airpower is operating in the area? Propaganda? All of the above?
