The Donbas militia, Wagner and Chechens basically beat NATO proxy out of the Donbas. That was the mission. If you want to claim victory then be my guest. Everything Putin said on the day he announced the SMO would be accomplished is within sight. Now the A team is rolling in. BTW, for the low information crowd who get their news from the CIA, what's happening in Russia is a call-up of reserves with military experience. They are not going to the front. They will be used to secure brand spanking new Russian territory.
