March 1, 2025Mar 1 NATO is so weak that Russia invaded Ukraine in part to prevent their slow but steady pivot to the West and potential NATO membership. Putin is scared ishless of NATO. His geopolitical strategy for decades has been to undermine and prevent NATO expansion. But yeah, let's now ignore one of the most enduring stabilizing forces that came out of America's post-WWII geopolitical plans, a structure that has largely prevented the breakout of war on the European continent and helped bring into alignment to allow for a new economic union. All because an orange skinned entitled boomer trust fund baby can only see one step ahead.

Can you all please explain this backwards logic where Biden and the Dems simultaneously strengthen NATO while it also keeps doing absolutely nothing to deter Russia from invading Ukraine? Man, you are very short sighted. This whole Ukrainian debacle started long before Biden. And why is everybody a democrat to you who doesn’t agree with you and your supreme leader? Eastern Ukraine was involved in a proxy war with Russian separatists and Kremlin lead forces from 2014 until the full assault in 22. Each of the presidents have their blame. Obama did very little and probably miscalculated the risk. Trump gave Javelins, but was too involved with inner politics and also reduced the "threat of NATO” for Russia by aligning more with Kremlin talking points. I actually believe him that he wants peace, but he doesn’t know anything about global politics outside of business. Biden was a failure äs well and when he wasn’t asleep, he took too long to give the Ukrainians what they would’ve needed from the beginning. And this was also the downside of America lead NATO, because everyone was looking for the US to make decisions. Everyone had their hand in this fiasco and the only ones that are laughing at OUR stupidity is Putin and the Kremlin. And now we are going to give them what the have always wanted since NATO was founded… tearing up the alliance. You might not think that’s bad and don’t seem to care, but this will also have a real negative outcome for the US as well. You guys act like Russia is our best buddy. Trump wants vengeance, but the real vengeance is going to come from a large Soviet country.

March 1, 2025Mar 1 @Mike31mt One question I still have for you: do you view a democrat and their beliefs more of a threat to the country than Putin and his beliefs?

March 1, 2025Mar 1 It’s really become quite clear to me that Zelenskyj was setup to look like an ungrateful war monger, who doesn’t want peace. They need to sell that Russia is more the victim now, as they want peace and Ukraine doesn’t. That’s why the cameras were in there and sadly Zelenskyj fell for it. I wonder if the public perception in the US has now changed on how they view Russia and Putin. Before this blow up, about 80% believed Russia is the "bad guy”. Will be interesting to see if that has changed now.
