It should go into immediate membership if another Russian attack takes place.

In a conventional war, we win hands down, but with possible nukes involved, we are all f_ked.Option 3. - a FAIR and somewhat even compromise would be the best option. Since Russia is the stronger party and has the upper hand, they could get a bit more out of the deal than Ukraine. But that can’t be outrageously generous. Putin has to pay a price for this as well and it has to sting.
