So far, for all of 2022, we're a bit over $90 in commissions. We're on pace for a tad over $400 for the year, if this average holds. If more people use it on a regular basis, though, I feel sure that we could fully fund the board just through that and AdSense.

Honestly they could be favorites to win the AFC East. I think with the weapons they have and getting some protection for Tua they have greatly increased. I see them in the playoffs next year.

Chiefs won football games based on their offense and it covered up a lot of flaws. They have a lot to correct here overall and are a Wildcard team at best for 2022 and now need a ton to go right moving forward. No home field advantage games to look forward to in the playoffs as well. It's a different dynamic now and they will need to also fill the leadership void fast without Mathieu. Got them at 10-7, at best, next year in this tough AFC. They no longer will routinely just show up and play one good half and beat teams by turning on a switch. This also affects an aging Kelce as well and how he gets defended. This will be a totally new offense by 2023 with a lot of different names. Sure Andy can rebuild, but will take some time. Mahomes next 2 years are wasted with this move. They will have to play close to perfect to beat any good teams.

I guess if you're trying to look at any sliver of good... at least we aren't breaking the bank for any top WR during this crazy offseason lol

he fact that your siding with the Dolphins on this says a lot about the argument.

Not to mention theres very few(non qb) position players worth 5 picks. and when you add into the contact Hill wanted you can argue theres ZERO players worth that price tag and 5 picks.

Chiefs will get a get another WR threat in the draft with 29/30. They'll have the money to sign MVS(with the money they saved) who although not Hill is still a nice deep threat. And o ya, spend the other 4 picks rebuilding a ton of holes. 

 

He just turned 28 a couple weeks ago. He is in his prime still and will be 31 at the end of that 4 year contract. We got TO at age 31 and you see how he changed everything for the offense. One dynamic player! Reid is now back to having to figure out the WR position, which cost the Eagles many, many, many games in not filling that void. Tyreek Hill is what stirred the drink for that offense. Tough to replace. Just like TO was. That's why superstars get paid and 30M was the going rate and the cost of doing business. Costly move in so many ways for them.

Both.  Culmination of many, many players having career years all at the same time, and Foles hitting his ridiculous hot streak at just the right time.   Very good team... that timed it perfectly to ride the wave to the pinnacle of success.  Then, no one came back at that same level for the following year.

Yeah. Made 3.4M last year. That's a win. Gonna be 3-4 receiver and utilized best to his talents, run blocking, red zone & special teams. Useful piece to have on a team for very lil cost.

The Chiefs through Hill did not dictate to NFL defenses how to defend them, the defenses dictated to the Chiefs how they were going to have to run their offense.

That’s some backwards thinking. Of course the Chiefs dictated how defenses would play them, and the Chiefs had to counter because teams were scared to death of getting beat over the top. 

That’s how football works.

The 2017 team was very likely the best team in football on both the offensive and defensive lines, with many good players throughout the team.  They were excellent up front.  Hence they were able to win those playoff games and the super bowl with the backup QB.

The team still retained considerable talent in 2018 and 2019.  In 2018, the team embarked on a "victory tour," half ass-ing most of the season, before turning it on at the end.  They blew the opportunity to mount a real title defense and host playoff games that year, and it was a shame they will long regret.  Coaching didn't provide them with what they needed at that time.  Everyone was basking in the glory of the championship.

Terrible drafting and mostly poor personnel decisions, along with a few ill advised trades, accompanied the natural decline of the aging core of the team.  It's possibly the most precipitous decline of a super bowl winning team with a young QB in history.

He was already my fav WR in the draft, now more than ever.
