As much as we whine and complain here in the Blog, there is always someone who does it better.

Would not mind him back honestly.

Might as well. They seem to be running it back with pretty much everyone else anyway.

My opinions on Winston as a person a direct result of his actions as a person.  From college into the pros he carries himself like a clown.

Ok.

of all the run it back guys, he might be the best one. A 2 year deal and then we can draft our future cb.

I think you misunderstood. He’s not calling him a foundational piece but a DE being a foundational need, IE the Eagles want depth there.

Yeah I mean look I wouldn't hate it bud. He's a good #2. He's steady and they need to bring in someone opposite Slay and I'm not sure a rookie is going to be able to start week one.

I’d prefer someone younger. In 2 years we will need to replace Slay.

He will double his sack number.

Ive been saying it for months. We may not like it, BUT as this off season has proven, its not what we want. I keep having that feeling its going to happen. They will move up in the top 5 and draft Pickett. I dont agree with it, but its my gut feeling.

If they are going to do it, I hope they make the trade way before the draft so we can watch the Hurts Squirts have a meltdown for a couple of weeks.

I really don't care if we go CB, DL or LB with a first round pick but whichever it is, they need to nail the pick.

Point taken but there are a lot of ways to do this.  We need a young guy in the secondary and on the line.

Can't do it early; it gives another team an opportunity to leap frog in front as the Texans and Giants have already said they're open for business at their picks.  Likely would need to be made on the clock.

And a guy who is more likely to be penalized than make the score sheet for a positive.

Maybe next season will go easier if I hate most of the team.

Besides Cox's earlier years, when was the last time we had a perennial difference maker on defense?

Best QBs are Strong, Ridder, and Pickett.

Probably not worth drafting anyone else if you are looking for a future starter.

Willis is a raw project that looks unlikely to ever even be close to starting. Howell is a Hurts clone. Corral is just another project who should be a good backup. Maybe a better backup than Hurts.

Bennett?

Ridder will struggle to find any kind of consistency.
