As far as DT, depends if they want a penetrator or a NT between Davis/Wyatt. And yes, I would far prefer Johnson to Karlaftis, but then I definitely prefer Karlaftis to the R2 guys. Cox and Hargrave could both be gone after next year. I also prefer Booth to Stingley.

Not a fan of young tbh. However i don’t think you are gonna be picking high enough to get stroud with either eagles or saints pick. nor do i think if a team like seattle, houston, Carolina, giants and lions are picking in the top spots are going to be willing to trade back with you if stroud keeps his draft stock where it is by next draft season.

Well, can we assume this means the Saints will use those picks to draft their next franchise QB and we’ll be dedicated to Hurts for a year, only to hope the Saints suck and the QB class is better next year?

Just saw Saints schedule, unless they can somehow get into the playoffs that should be a pretty good pick.

Have to imagine Tampa, Green Bay, San Fran, Dallas, LA Rams all make it to the playoffs. Minnesota/Philly/New Orleans/Arizona competing for those last two 2 spots

Looked at them; don't like either of them.  I guess they have a year to improve.

Hopefully another prospect rises up fast -- someone taller than 6'0, strong arm, pocket presence, runs when necessary instead of recreation. 

Only other DL I would consider in the 2nd RD if they go another direction is Boye Mafe. While a lot of scouts see him better suited as an attack OLB in a 3-4 scheme, he has the elite athleticism and tools to thrive as an Edge in a 4-3.

He's just below Karlaftis on my DE rankings.

I am in the nba. Unless you are a market like ny, La or Miami it’s hard to get stars in the nba to just sign with you in FA unless you have another star or enough cap space (meaning cleared enough which likely resulted in a bad roster). However you have to either use those high picks to acquire a Star or draft better than what the sixers did. The sixers had 5 top 6 picks. Only embiid and Simmons wound up being all star type players (painful as it is to say about Simmons). Fultz, okafor and Noel never lived up to anything close to where they were selected and what we gave up to acquire fultz. 

This trade is a crushing blow to those wanting Eagles to draft a QB this year. 

Other QB can rise up to. Burrow, Wilson, Murray weren’t top guys at this point yet

I like the trade, but next year's QB class, as of now, doesn't look all that special either TBH. 

Think my dream of Ojabo in round 1 is dead now too. Not going to use a pick on a dude with an achilles with only two picks unless they trade down again.

I do think that extra 3rd could be used to trade up from 15 though is Gardner or Thibodeaux fall. I'd love that
