I read JR's post that you replied to and he mentioned a jar of it, so was thinking it was the liquor.  Unless he's talking about just the gravy then it's going to be really messy getting all that into a jar.  Good luck.

So, would you like some Poteen with your Poutine?

Sure.  Why not?  lol

I did good again. But its easy when you cheat and let them give you Pierce in round 4. For those of you who dont know enough about the draft and didnt like my last one, this last pick is for you. nttawt

Not that London is a great separator, I think it’s getting oversold because of bad QB play. Under throws and late throws really made him look worse.

That’s Slovis for you, I’m 50 and I don’t think he can out throw me by more than 5-6 yards.

You act like he's preparing for a tornado or something. 🤣 Like he's in danger. Really reassuring!

He is in danger of the lynch mob. Lurie may want three more years of Howie but fans are an idiot move from pitchforks and torches.

He has steadily regressed each season since his very good FR campaign.

Still don't want London.  Hoping for some combo of DE/DT/CB in R1 and then see what WRs are available in R2 & R3.

Howie... don't reach and don't draft for need.

What could possibly go wrong.  Btw, according to the excuses, Howie never sets the board, its always someone else.  Just sayin'

All Howie has to do is set the board and then lock out Nick Sirianni, Jonathan Gannon, Shane Steichen, Michael Clay, Jemal Singleton, Kevin Patullo, Jeff Stoutland, Brian Johnson, Jason Michael, Aaron Moorehead, Nick Rallis, Tracy Rocker, Dennard Wilson, Jeremiah Washburn, Roy Istvan, DK McDonald, Joe Pannunzio, Tyler Brown, Joe Kasper, TJ Pagnetti, Alex Tanney, Tyler Scudder, Ted Rath, Fernado Noriega, Jeffery Lurie, Don Smolenski, Aileen Dagrosa, Tina D'Orazio, Frank Gumienny, Jen Kavanagh, Bob Lange, Jason Miller, Lee Ann Harley, Phillip Boyle, Daniel Goldsmith, Katy Moroz, Liz Reed, Alexandra Rosetti, Tara Sutphen, Jessica Teson, Anthony Cozzi, Greg Delimitros, Dom DiSandro, Patrick Dolan, Jon Ferrari, Alec Hallaby, @Swoop, Cathernie Raiche, Jake Rosenberg, Bryce Johnston, Kevin Dougherty, Paul Lancaster Dan Ryan, Connor Barwin, Katie David, Christina Lurie, James Gilman, Tom Rossi, Craig Blake, Nick Church, Peter Gould, Jon Liu, Ryan Maddocks, Kevin Mahon, Kathy Mair, Edward Miller, Meghan O'Donnell, Zachary Steever, Andy Weidl, Tom Donahoe, Anthony Patch, Alan Wolking, Dave Caldwell, TJ McCreight, Max Gruder, Doug Pederson, Shawn Heinlen, Julian Lurie, Ryan Myers, Jim Ward, Phil Bhaya, Matt Holland, Jeff Scott, Brad Obee, Ameena Soliman, Casey Weidl, Lee DiValerio, Evan Pritt, Tom Hunkele, Jerome Reid, Joseph O'Pella, Dustin Woods, Patrick McDowell, Mike Minnis, Ben Wagner, Stephanie Coppola, the Ghost of Al Davis, Steven Feldman, Trey Kunz, Monte Wong, Monte Reagor, Shaniece Jackson, Dave Spadaro, Fran Duffy and Chris McPherson so that no one can ruin the draft and he will kill it.

London is Evans , even when he’s covered he’s open , big long and athletic , he bullies DBs  , still maturing and getting stronger , only 20 . Hands down my number one WO , absolutely love his game .

and the separation stuff is way over blown , WOs just don’t run free in the NFL , a step or two is considered separation

But he gets a step in the PAC 12, that’s no separation in the NFL.

Punted on this year's draft.  Kicked the can Howie-style.  Think I found some talent as well.  Plenty of ammo for next year's draft too.

You don’t have 88 receptions in 8 games because you can’t get open .

Love it!

I am prepared to grudgingly accept whatever happens on draft day with the expectation I won’t like several of Howie’s picks/moves.  Frankly, the only trade direction he should look is down. He fails more than not when he moves up.  (If we don’t count Smith and Goedert, where he moved down a tad too far, so he moved back up to jump another team.) Moving up because a prospect they expected to go higher slid pretty much never works for Howie.

I wonder if anyone would have statistics showing how many receptions were against zone coverage, and how many were contested catches. Id be interested to know how many were neither of those things- how many where he was actually open against man coverage.

He seems to be very smart and has a great feel for finding room in zones.

Just pull a cpl games up online , he gets receptions in multiple ways , big time talent  , who is still growing

I agree.  But, I reserve the right to be grumpy as it happens on draft day, and several days after.

Phils down 4-0 going into the 8th have tied it up.

And now they lead 5-4.

Didnt want to quote the post but gave me a good laugh during a tough time. Sadly this hyperbole is closer to truth than fiction.  😂

when I saw them down 3-0 in the 7th I was going to place a bet on them to win. But I forgot.

I can’t get behind this guy. Why I don’t know. When that usually happens it’s guaranteed a Howie selection

No way.  That guy looks like he is moving in quicksand.  He is going to be a decent pro because of his size but he is not 1st round value.

The only WR that really has super star talent (size, speed, intanglibles etc) in this draft is Watson.  I am beating the drum for him.

Who needs 30 visits when you can travel, work out a player while meeting one on one with him.  Lot,of,things I don’t like about Howie does things but this isn’t one of them. Frankly, I prefer they meet on the player’s turf where they are more likely to be comfortable and maybe let their guard down.

Praying to all football gods for a 3 wish genie. I don't believe he's trash, just strictly a power rusher.  Not a true edge or gamebreaker talent.. dare i say he reminds me of a stiff barnett if thats even possible.

Oh I'm a bit of a poutine connoisseur. The fries are the first thing to get right. Not too thin, not too wide/flat, must be crispy. They absorb a lot of gravy so have to be able to stay crispy long enough. A little skin is perfectly fine. The gravy, must be beef. I've tried chicken, veggie and turkey gravy, they all suck. Beef only.

Finally, the curds. They must be curds, not shredded cheese, not cheese cut from a block and thrown in. They must squeak when you bite them. If they don't squeak, they suck.

You can then of course throw in additional toppings, such as smoked meat, or pulled pork, or whatever you want really. But the three things listed above must be done right to have a good poutine, IMO.

As for Brio, I've only ever seen it in Italian places here, and only my Italian friends order it. I've never tried it and have no desire to, Coca Cola right from a cold can is a top tier beverage that is hard to beat.

I've really enjoyed when there is some kind of meat like you mentioned.  Can be the whole meal.
