Panthers, Lions, Saints, WFT (last game) are ones that come to memory without digging in

lmao.

Panthers game he was really bad for almost 3 full quarters outside of a good drive a good hurry up offense to move the ball 44 yards down the field with 31 seconds left in the first half to setup a field goal.  But by the end of the 3rd quarter on he had turned it around and was an essential part of the victory.  I want to note though that this game was a great showing by the defense and they did something at the end of the game that if they did it in the numerous other opportunities they had throughout the season then the Eagles would have won some more games last year, and that was making a stop and getting the Eagles offense the ball back in the 4th quarter after the offense made it a one score game.  But for sure I'll say Hurts was not helping matters for most of the game and this was a big time win for the defense but Hurts still was essential to the comeback so I can't say they won in spite of him.

Lions game he didn't have to do much because the Lions offered no resistance at all to the run game and the defense was rolling them as well.  He didn't do anything to Hurt the Eagles in that game.  64.3% passing, no turnovers, no sacks taken and on a day when the Eagles offense ran for 236 yards he was the leading rusher in the game with 71 yards on the ground.

How the hell can you say they won the Saints game in spite of Hurts?  He played a major role in taking apart the at the time leagues best run defense.  3 touchdowns including an iconic 24 yard TD run on 3rd and 6 that put the seal on the game as well as officially turning it into a blowout.

The WFT game to include is also laughable.  He was making clutch throws and plays throughout that game.  Didn't have any TD passes but he was moving that offense throughout the game.  65.4%, 214 yards, no turnovers, 44 yards rushing.  I strongly recommend you click the link below and re-watch his offensive snaps from that game.  He was very much a major part of that victory.

Really not sure what the infatuation is here with drafting a DT that only played 20 snaps a game in college, showed no pass rush potential, and would likely only play 1st/2nd in nfl. You can find plenty of run stuffers in Day 2.

I don't know a ton about him. He's just a personal favorite. Good size and physical. He'd probably be a liability in coverage in the NFL, so he's definitely a late round prospect.

Was reading a bit about Tresten Ebner, a running back from Baylor that the Eagles brought in for a top-30 visit. Apparently he’s a helluva special teamer. Another guy to boost our return game.

Marcus Jones makes a lot of sense

yeah seems like strictly box safety.

I started to push him down a little regardless, Davis, Winfrey, Jones then Wyatt. But that's a concern if true.

may as well forget him. He will be off the eagles board for that.

I like it. Maybe we finally draft a linebacker in top two rounds.

He’s the type of guy fans will fall in love with and then wonder why he’s dropping when the draft starts.

The draft is in two weeks.  The Eagles aren't going to draft a QB in the draft.  In 2 weeks we will know for sure

This is trolling.  Not confident enough in this statement to make a bet that would have me suspended for a month.  Cmon @Infam, get your fellow Hurts Squirt to take my bet.

Eagles draft a QB, he can never put me on ignore again.

Eagles don’t draft a QB, I take a month suspension.

I love Phillips so much I suffered through this whole interview hearing "you know" countless times. Interesting nugget at the end- Ottito Ogbonnia has an incredible rib recipe.

I had to reconsider whether I want Phillips. I decided I still do but I will never listen to another interview with him again.

1st or 2nd one?

I will take the 3rd one that you draft a QB

Feeling like 2nd rd LB but in the end probably won't happen

What TDs specifically did he throw when the game didn't matter anymore?  The only ones I can see from that last were the TDs in the Dallas game, the one at the end of the KC game and second TD pass in the Raiders game.

How many do you think he's thrown?

Can you read my post?  I outlined the ones that I said would qualify for that.

You aren't getting my question. You pointing those out as not a big deal just blows my mind considering the dude threw 16....if 4 weren't really worth anything ...that means the man threw 12 meaningful touchdowns in a whole season

Along with 10 touchdown runs.  Do you think no other QBs in the league have thrown a TD when a game is out of reach?

Ten rushing touchdown impresses me zero when evaluating a quarterback.... especially considering he probably cost miles lots of money from taking all the goal line TDS.... Reality is he plays like a back up because he was never meant to be more. Dude isn't hot garbage, but he's the second best QB on this team.
