Every year I have a tradition where I buy the jersey of my favorite college player no matter what team he lands on. This year it’ll be Jameson Williams. It just happened to be WRs the last 3 years. CeeDee Lamb jersey, Chase jersey. This year will be Williams. Will be interesting if he goes to Washington and I have both a cowboys and commies jersey in my closet 😈

I have to agree with @Outlaw You are NOT a true Eagles fan. Your a wannabe fan.

i was a big Lamb guy and wanted him in the draft. BUT,I don;t care who the player is, you never buy a Cowboys jersey. If my all time favorite player ever Brian Dawkins jumped to the Cowboys, he would no longer be a player I would follow and would not support him.

You sir broke one of the true Eagle fans deadly sins, which means you are now even more of a loser then RTK.

Normally I think him trying to time his guesses is just dumb but this one is actually funny.

Man, that's a statement 😅

Saw that too and thought about him doing it in Philly pretty much every play.

Someone smart.  Donald Trump?

Someone much smarter than Trump.   Freshmilk!

The drone camera in the USFL was pretty weird.  Deandre Johnson doing a solid Jalen Hurts impression.

If you guys are getting bored with PFF and TDN I'd recommend trying out the Fanspeak draft simulator.  The interesting part is you can select which big board rankings you want from a variety of sources (CBS, Drafttek, Fanspeak writers, NBS etc) and they're arranged by date, meaning the rankings tend to be more up to date than PFF when it comes to injuries or big pro days etc.

best WO in the draft

I'm convinced the guy blows.  I'll give him 1 more year to see if there is something there just like it took Agholor until year 3 to finally show something.  But not counting on anything.

oh man.. remember that one and so many people freaking out about him in that one play.   That was his best play of the entire year.

If Howie had just listened to me we'd have Tee Higgins right now instead of this idiot.

PFF definitely undervalues QB.

Holy Fing crap, Jesus might truly resurrect today just to point out this irony.

If you have a Cowboys jersey hanging in your closet, you’re not an Eagles fan. Period.

I’ve been on Nick Cross in the 3rd all off-season. Love this kid.

All 3 are guys I’m interested in. If they go D/D/D with their 1st and 2nd rounders, I’d  highly consider Shakir or Phillips in the 3rd, Ezukanma in the 4th.

If you have any NFC East rivals jerseys that's a serious mistake.

If the guy is a fan of CeeDee Lamb then get his Oklahoma jersey.

Or better yet, don’t

I tried the FanSpeak board and I got Cine at 51, Chenal at 83 and Ojabo at 101 lol

I took TWO white WR’s. Suck it racebaiters. Traded 15, 101 and next year’s 3rd when Johnson slipped a little.

I think Booth falls. Apparently has some disease that causes knee swelling. Really concerning injury history.

Yup.

I liked Tee Higgins a lot  as well, I knew Howie wouldn't take him though as they were looking for speed after blowing a 2nd the year before on a big WR in JJAW ☹️

I hear ya. But all QBs are question marks EVERY year. There’s really no such thing as a "sure fire” NFL QB. And if there is, he’s going #1 overall. What I’d be willing to look for in a QB is someone with maybe physical question marks (small hands, small frame, etc) but shows the knack for quick processing, quick getting the ball out, timing throws and mental acumen. Those are the traits that every single great QB ever has had. No great QB has lacked those things. Some lack size, some lack athleticism, but none of them lack the mental aspect of the game. That’s what makes or breaks their careers. I just think you get too hung up on stats and let numbers cloud what your eyes are telling you. The Bucs coach saw what I see. So, I may not work for an NFL team, but it doesn’t take a football genius to see what many of us are seeing

I don't care what anyone here thinks they see, you're not half as smart as you think you are. For one thing, you don't know the scheme, or most of the opposing CBs, you don't break down game film. What most people here see are highlight films or a few games where "your guy" played well. How fast does a QB process - hard to tell off college film b/c you don't know his progressions, the quality of opponent and quality of his players (where was he supposed to throw the ball, does he have big windows, do his WRs run routes correctly, etc.). And you don't know if a college dumbed down a scheme for a 20-21 year old v a 24 5th year redshirt - i.e., was it a lack of IQ or lack of experience or confidence by the HC?

If it was easy to see a QB's football IQ, then Brady isn't a 6th rd pick - he had plenty of film. If NFL teams consistently screw this up, I have no confidence in people on a message board.

The litmus test is what they do in the NFL, Hurts in his first year starting was in the top 20, as we've seen from numerous 1st rd QBs, that's actually a high hurdle that most 1st rd picks fail to reach. Now can Hurts sustain and build on that season? Stay tuned. But when you start with that threshhold, you don't use a 1st rd pick on a QB who might be a NFL starter, you want a QB with a decent probability of being a top ten QB - which is a much higher standard.

Even if you could judge his physical traits by watching highlights there is more to success than that. Dallas usually does a very good job finding very talented players and then fails because they got serious off field issues.

Building a team is much harder than just picking the best athletes yet it‘s near impossible to get that kind of needed information even for professional analysts outside of the teams.

Not sure how many if any have heard if this guy.

Utah St. Devan Thompkins, had 102 receptions 1700+ yards and ten TDs.

He'll most likely go undrafted or 6th 7th round because he's only 5'7" 167 pounds.

He ran a 4.4 but on tape he looks faster and pulls away from guys, the way he pulls away from DBs at the catch point and tracks the ball reminds me of desean In a way

Also has a 38 inch vertical and quick hops

Outside of his senior year he had average production, he's returned some kicks and Utah State manufactured a lot of his touches on quick screens and  outs and played him off the line or in  bunch formations so he wouldbt have to beat press.

Id take a flyer in him in the 6-7 or UDFA.

Some teams are worried about his size but NFL rules that favor WRs these days doesn't make his lack of size as big a detriment as it used to be. He reminds me a bit of Hamler from Penn St except he's a bit more physical at the point than Hamler.

UDFA at that size.

Depends on where he's drafted.

If one drafts him expecting him to be a pass rushing demon off the edge one is going to be disappointed, he never showed that on tapr in college though I'm sure some idiot GM will fall in love with his combine numbers and be believe that they are geniuses and those numbers will translate to the field.

I think his best fit would be in a 34 as a DE and possibly one could line him occasionally at OLB as a pass rusher, or inside as a DT in 4 man fronts. He's a good run defender.

I don't think he'll bust but I don't think he'll ever match his combine hype.

This is kind of how I feel about Jordan Davis. He'll never match the combine hype. Georgia took him off the field for passing downs. He only played about 25 snaps/game because he was out of shape.

Yup probably, somebody might take a chance on him in the 6th or 7th.

Either way if eagles brought him in as a UDFA I wouldn't be mad.
