I think we need to get on board with Karlaftis being a real possibility here.

I've been skipping him on every Mock that I've done in hopes I can will it out of fruition. I don't hate him, but it's really not what I prefer.

Why don't all the people who are complaining about seeing his posts report him ????

Damn good question.

Joe Ostman is still on this team?

Yep

Been watching some of his games from last year. Has great power, decent bend, and gets a LOT of attention. If the top 4 guys are gone, I wouldn't loathe it. But I feel they'd get better value at another premium position and addressing DE later.

Pretty much how I feel.  Wouldn't hate it but would be slightly disappointed. Right in that category with guys like McDuffie and Olave. Good players, fit a need, could become really good NFL players. Just a smidge underwhelming.

Yup. Anthony Richardson - Future Eagle.

I'm warming to the idea. One thing to consider is that he's 21 and Johnson is 24. That's a big difference.

Whoa, just realized why we all hated Mark Sanchez

Because he had swag before swag was a thing!

HunkDay - Mark Sanchez

people hated on Sam Bradford and Carson on this blog. And foles during his first stint here and when we signed him as a backup originally in 2017. Also mark Sanchez. I guess we are racist towards black, white and Latinos. To our credit we have yet to be racist to an Asian QB.

Yup, I posted about that about a month ago when I was looking at the roster.  Apparently, he was waived with the IR designation, no one claimed him so it automatically put him back on the roster or something to that extent.

Yeah, but F Younghoe Koo.

You forgot what we did to Timmy Chang ??

He then signed with the Philadelphia Eagles, who allocated him to the NFL Europe in 2006. He played for the Rhein Fire of NFL Europa for the 2006 season, in which he completed 50 of 89 passes for 656 yards, 4 touchdowns and 3 interceptions, while sharing playing time with Drew Henson.[13] He was in training camp with the Philadelphia Eagles in 2006, but was cut before the start of the regular season.{/quote]

Must have beaten you in fantasy football with his like 20-30 point performances. I can understand lol

It should.  This continued claims of racism from you and RTK are pathetic.  How are we racist if we want Wilson over Hurts ??  How are we racist if we want Watson over Hurts ??

No one dislikes Hurts because of his race, we dislike him because he lacks being good at throwing a football, his primary job.

Well it‘s different when he is on your team first of all. The moment we sign Wilson the same old sentiments rear their ugly head disguised in whatever negative people can find.

The reactions when I pointed out that some prejudices are exactly the kind of responses black QBs had to face for eternity (has no football IQ etc) are telling: It‘s like racism doesn‘t even exist anymore and it‘s all just a hoax from the damn liberals to push their agenda.

For me as a german it‘s a bit of a look from the outside. There‘s all kinds of bs agendas over here too but it‘s not the same polarized liberal vs republican bs as it is for you. Don‘t get me wrong I frikking loathe the political crap pushed on people in movies and everywhere. I think it‘s ridiculous trans swimmers can ruin womens sport and I rubbed my eyes when I heard ‚defund the police‘ so that‘s not it. Maybe if I had to deal with even a slightly higher dose of that I‘d start to fight anything that even slightly sniffs like liberal agenda too.

But I‘m not. And the systemic racism everywhere but especially in the states is very obvious and I reserve the right to speak about my observations and opinion whenever I so chose. And if people then get mad at me here and insult me or put me on ignore they are weak **** that can kiss my ass.

We didn’t get long enough time with him. Granted he was probably cut before the season due to the eagles being racist towards Asians. Or they knew the blog couldn’t handle an Asian QB cause we are all racist

I thought we all hated Eugene Chung when he was an assistant here?  Maybe that was just me, the resident racist.

I've seen plenty of Matt Corral hate

Fans just hate the starting QB of the Eagles and always prefer the backup, until he becomes the starter and then they hate him too.

In fairness if we just begin to hate everyone it’ll defeat racism.

Kind of funny, you defend you buddy @RememberTheKoy and his race baiting, and he is the king of putting people on ignore.

I mean, he is such a coward, he put me on ignore during the Tampa Bay playoff game when your boy Hurts ish the bed because he did not want to deal with the fallout of being wrong.

 A German lecturing Americans on racism. Maybe a native Saudi will come in and lecture us about sexism next. JK, mostly...

On a non-football note, I just had to decline a job due to medical insurance (again). It would require switching to another provider who couldn't guarantee that my wife's already authorized procedure on my current insurance would transfer over. Yay America!

So maybe the real racism is just the friends we made along the way?

I hated Dat Nguyen. Does that count?

Yup. liking people is now the true racism whereas if we just hated everyone it avoids the racism.

I'm not sure why so many people here seem to hate him at 15/18. My only guess is it's the high floor/low ceiling nature of him as a prospect but the team could use a guy who can get 6-10 sacks a year and play well against the run. Brandon Graham made a pretty damn good career out of being that guy.
