2012-13 they are a 95.5  

from 2014-2021 they are a -19.8.

so drafts that will be 10 and 11 drafts  ago after this draft were good.  the next 8 drafts have been bottom half of the league with an impressive negative score. Go us

I think the scheme isn't a traditional 4-3.   I don't know that you need some thumper in the middle.  I think they want athletic LBs that can run and cover.
