I'm great with a WR, just rather see it on day 2. If it's like 15 and 101 for 13, I'm good with it. The Texans could use all the picks they can get.

We have Dillard to use as an asset in a trade up. Keeping him around on the last year of his rookie deal as a backup makes little sense considering he's an NFL proven LT. Time to at least get some return value out of the 1st we used on him.

Howie doesn't always make good picks, but he does make good trades.

I was thinking the same.  Get ahead of the Ravens perhaps to get Davis or Hamilton, who both look like impact players.  Maybe they love one of the top pass rushers.  Seems unlikely that either of those top two corners fall out of the top ten.  Gardner does seem like the type of player you might give up a lot to get, but the cost would be exorbitant, and he seems a lock for the top 5.

I wonder if Davis had to pay for two plane seats while flying to the draft

Add Hurts to that trade

Trading up for a WR is dumb.  The QB is the problem. If you can't trade up for D and you really think WR is BPA at 15 then fine but no WR will mask the fact that Hurts is a bad passer.
