they are servicable with a decent QB, they would have done much better this year had they had a true passing QB....we have way too many other glaring needs to waste anything on more WRs especially if we roll with hurts and have to run the ball more because he sucks at passing

What's the probability of hightower making the roster and contributing???

He's flashed here and there And showed he could get open deep but he plays scared and has inconsistent hands.

If he could learn to play through contact and improve his hands he could be a weapon at Z WR, though with hurts it wouldn't matter seeing as he can't throw deep so...

I don't have much hope if any for hightower but he's technically still on the roster.

No he's not. He wasn't given a futures contract and his Practice Squad contract has ended. He's a free agent.

Man, I'm not thinking he brings much to the table at all. I guess keep him on the practice squad and keep the fingers crossed that he can develop further.

Because unlike you, most people think ahead to the future. Injuries happen, more and better receivers open up the playbook, and more difficult to defend when you don't know who is getting targeted.

The weaponry on offense definitely needs more juice. I'm liking Isaiah Likely or Trey McBride at TE. Nice versatile compliment to Goedert and a new element in the passing game we currently don't have.
