Depends on the round... He's a project.  But, if you can get him cheap and sit him and develop him, you might have that diamond in the rough.   But, definitely not in Rounds 1 or 2.  And I'd have to think about 3.

He's got a much better arm than Hurts.    I'm fine with Willis... eventually and then letting him learn to play QB as the #3, but getting lots of reps in practice.  And most of those practice reps would come with a bungee cord connecting his feet together so that he can drop and step into throws, but can't run.

Cap space isn't as bleak as you think.  Post 6-1, Ryan Tannehill becomes very tradeable.  His 2022 dead cap is $9.6 mil; 2023 dead cap is $18.8 mil, gives the Titans $29 mil in cap savings.  You could easily fit Aaron Rodgers contract there.

Titans could be really good with Rodgers -- good until they got the playoffs, anyways.

Rule 1: anything the Eagles do from now to the draft is as much misinformation as it is interest.

Rule 2: looking good at the Senior bowl should be taken with a large bag of salt

Rule 3:  prospects rising at this time of the year is a media invention, scouts have been looking at two years of film and doing background checks for months now, if they change their mind over a few practices at the Senior bowl or combine workouts they're idiots. At best, they're just looking for confirmation or red flags.
