    Not sure what everyone is bummed about, if Hurts is going to be the QB next season there was never a reason to be excited anyway. Can get a safety in 2023 which is the absolute earliest this team will be competitive, if then

    Competitive and contenders are two different situations. I would consider any playoff team competitive.

    Yeah I'm sure the Greg Ward dead money cap hit would be crippling 🙄

    When's the earliest we can get a qb? Or a 5th-6th WR on the depth chart not named Greg Ward?

    Greg Ward is useless. Would rather give a younger guy a shot at STs/the 5th WR spot.

    Depends on perspective. They got blown out by every playoff team they played. Were totally outclassed against everyone except the Niners and when they played the Niners the Niners weren’t playing well. Not sure that counts as competitive but whatever phrasing you want to use, the Eagles have no shot to win anything so it’s hard to really invest emotionally in a team that you know before the season starts isn’t going to be anything special
