Horror Movie Thread

I always subscribe to amc+/shudder this time of year. Any horror recommendations? Movies or series. Anything horror on Netflix/hulu/prime/apple too.

Resident Evil was a lot funnier than I was expecting. Some good jump scares. I thought they were going with a different direction at the end. I was surprised by that

Shudder:

When Evil Lurks

Host

Speak no Evil (the original - not the newer one)

Baskin

Watch them all in a row, and you'll most likely wanna commit yourself to an asylum afterwards.

Seen them all with the exception of baskin but I’ll definitely check it out

Baskin is one of the trippiest movies I've ever seen. It's literally a roller-coaster/maniacal descent into hell.

Mermaid is a freakshow. Pacing and dialogue are hit and miss so it's not like a great movie, but you will remember it that's for sure

no. Dakota kinda does though, but like 5% of what she does in those 50 shades films

Saw the teenage sex and death movie last night. Has good reviews but didn’t really do much for me. Have not watched the series Hacks yet, so no clue who the lead actress was, but looks like she’s been in almost 50 esp of that show so I suspect anyone who’s watched it knows this films lead quite well.

She had a shockingly great rack that @HazletonEagle would approve of that was on full display, so that might be the highlight for some who find the movie as "eh” as I did.

Can confirm this was the only highlight of this movie

I'll take the 5%. Does Hathaway shred any clothes?
