Where's 3?

As I've said multiple times, NO.

I was just shocked at how many people in this thread think it's okay to just stroll into any construction site they want and look around while nobody is there. Not talking about this case at all. Talking in general.

So later I was thinking about raiding your fridge for leftovers and wine, cool?

got shot.................................duh

Are you morons arguing that going into the house makes the shooting justified?

Nobody made that statement that I’ve read. It mostly became a separate argument.

You can say it a bunch more times and you'll still have idiots going "YOU CAN'T JUST SHOOT SOMEONE FOR THAT" - because they desperately want to argue with someone they perceive believes that way so they can virtue signal their righteousness    Wow probs.. so what you're saying is it's ok to shoot someone through the heart for looking at new construction and you also believe their family should be hung in the town square for everyone to see?  That's so messed up man.

Seriously, WTF is wrong with people?? I'm seriously dumbfounded right now.

I expect kids to do it, but when they do they know they shouldn't be doing it....yet here we have adults thinking it's a totally normal thing to do.   "Hey honey, I'll be right back. There's a house down the street being constructed. I'm just gonna hop in the window and take a look around."

That's just about exactly how it went down with me and the fam... except the wife asked me to check to see if the builder made their back windows operational or straight window pane because we thought we were getting screwed. :roll:

Did Aubrey have a heart attack right before he was shot? He was jogging.

You never know, it could have been heat exhaustion, COVID-19 or a pre-existing condition.

rule #1 - know your audience, bro.

probs thinks it's okay to shoot someone for stealing a little copper from a construction site.  :nonono:

I already know TEW’s reasoning for the death in this case would be self-defense.  I expect that to be the defense attorney’s approach as well.

TEW claiming that Heather Heyer wasn’t murdered because she was overweight and had a heart attack after she was run over by a Dodge Charger seems like an absurd argument to a lot of people.  Par for the course for TEW though.

Arbery stole a little copper?

none of that matters, you shouldn't try to disarm a dude hunting you down and taking the law into their own hands. duh.

If you want to avoid being shot, this is a definite.

Dude, he's dead. Show some respect ffs.

I don't think it's mutually exclusive to argue that people shouldn't enter construction sites and that that shooting the guy for doing it isn't an appropriate response. Both seem like common sense.

Someone forgot where they are.

They dont understand. Workers have to hump all their tools and materials in and out of the job site every day (thats a job in itself) and lock down anything that moves wasting time and energy everyday because people steal sheete. They just go to the office everyday and plop on their chair.  Then go home. And dont have to worry about losing all their expensive tools and ladders and extension cords and stuff

Wait wait wait wait wait wait...... are you actually trying to say here, that Aubery trying to disarm the guy that was POINTING A GUN AT HIM puts the guy with the gun in the self defense position?  Really?

Newsflash, if someone is pointing a gun at you, then it is YOU who has the right to self defense as YOU are the one with the gun being pointed at you.  It is YOU who has the reason to believe your life is at risk and you are in grave danger unless you act.
The guy holding the gun is the AGGRESSOR, not the person in the position of self defense.

Dozens of videos of people walking into the construction site.

Oh my!

Not sure how this case will turn out, but hiring a lawyer with a ponytail can’t be a good move.

Hopefully these guys get convicted. These people taking the law into their own hands needs to stop. Really seems like a lot of these people feel too emboldened by being armed and do things that they would never do if they weren’t armed.
