Right but the problem is that republican legislatures and now courts have been passing laws and/or making rulings that by their nature makes IVF illegal. This is a problem. It is ANTI-Life legislation. A human embryo is a human embryo. It is not a human person that should be given the same legal rights as a living breathing person. Because when you do that, then that ends up making IVF illegal. The nature of IVF involves processes that would be illegal if you did those same things to a human person.
