Depends how overt the customers are.  If they are all wearing Proud Boys garbage then it's much different than if they appear to be average customers

Yeah, I wouldn't have been able to afford this house either.  It's up $200 in just shy of 3 years.    $270 > $470

It's crazy.  The house across the street from mine just sold for $250k more than what we paid for ours 3 years ago and $100k more than the neighbor 2 doors down paid last year.   I am guessing it will level off but the demand is still outstripping the supply.

I always thought he was pretty decent, but for whatever reason no team ever wanted to commit long term to him throughout his career and he always just sat around in FA for awhile. He didn't play at all last year and hasn't done anything in the NFL since 2020. He's probably washed.

I liked him like 3-4 years ago. He’s done now. At that time he was a decent player. But like you said he always sat in FA and eventually signed late in the offseason or during the season.

By what measure is he "more than qualified”?  Where did she hear he was "on track” for the position?  Did Howie and/or Lurie say so?  
 

Who’s being hired instead?  Someone who interviewed better, I guess.

I was "more than qualified” for a dozen different jobs I interviewed for in my last job search.  I’m guessing so were the other candidates those companies also gave interviews to.  I didn’t go walking in with a cool name like Morocco, but I was told I interviewed quite well and my references were top-notch.  Yet those companies hired other people.  
 

If Josina doesn’t have anything constructive to do maybe she can check why I wasn’t hired for those jobs.  Maybe she’ll find out there were other candidates who were a better fit for what they were looking for.
