Another off topic:

Talking to someone who dated a woman recently. She is an admitted bisexual. Says she's done with women though.

I know the perfect bisexual woman to add to the fun. She knows her too.

Question:

What's the polite way to ask a woman you've just started seeing if she'd be down with adding another woman to the mix? Too soon??

Putting the cart before the horse on this one.

For starters you need at least a million dollars to do two chicks at the same time.

which of those cases were settled out of court? Which cases proved that criminal activity transgressed?

If you prove that someone did something wrong, you can have your money as reparation.

If you just want money, its different.

All of them.  As @justrelax said , over 90% of suits are settled out of court.  Add to that the claims that never get into suit and the percentage of cases tried are even smaller.  Then factor in that the most common litigation in the country is business v business.

Thing to know is Buzbee is a billboard attorney and not afraid to advertise for clients. Some of those suits were about inappropriate language (possibly propositioning - must have got his knowledge of massage therapists from Robert Kraft) or touching him while massaging him.  Cannot imagine how anyone could massage a groin muscle and not come into contact.  There apparently was some consensual sex with a few.

I obviously haven't watched wrestling in quite a few years.  Vince McMahon looks ready to pass on, wow.  I know he's 76 now -- but he looks very 86.

Well he's passing the promotion on after getting #metoo'd

Spoiler — one of these guys mentions Davis Mills, they’re searching for names …. no Hurtsy:

I guess I dont remember clearly enough. We never got proof of any kind of guilt on Sandusky or Nasser?

Don’t conflate criminal with civil. Sandusky was convicted of criminal crimes. Forty-five years imprisonment.

Penn State paid $60 million and counting in civil cases.

Seems piddling next to Nasser’s 60 year sentence and $380 million civil settlements.

So yes, proof of guilt for both.

well thats why theyre different then...

If these women dont care to take it the distance in criminal court, and just want money instead then they are prostituting themselves, and the court is allowing it. Thats what I find odd.

If theyd take Watson to criminal court and have him convicted, then theyd deserve money as reparation for his crimes perpetrated against them. If there is no proof of guilt, just asking for money... its completely different.

This can become a loophole in any state where prostitution is illegal. Dont pay for the encounter. Let the court tell you to pay. Now its all legal.

Does Pat McAfee only own one tank top?

I’d like to add a comment here. Prostitutes are human beings too. Theirs is a risky and scary profession. I’ve known a few (not as a john) and the stories vary. My wife attended Bryn Mawr many years ago and one of her classmates paid her way through school as a prostitute. Another, mother of two, hooked after her husband was killed in Iraq. Don’t just um blow them off as sub-human. Desperate is more like it.

I would say that it depends on if you think this can be the one or not but then even if you do this has question has a definitive answer.  Back in college I was dating a girl for a few months junior year and starting to really fall for her.  Would ultimately get a place with her later much further in the journey but ultimately that relationship came to an end and has been long over.  But nonetheless one night we are at her place with her roommates and some other people on this weekend night just a chill little affair.  Ecstasy is in play along with alcohol and pot and what else.  My GF lived with her best friend and her best friend's sister and they were all hot.  I was proposed a threesome by my gf and her best friend/roommate.  However the best friend/roommate of hers also happened to be the very recent ex of one of my roommates and what had quickly become a good friend.  But primarily the issue was that I really liked this girl and thought if we had a threesome with her roommate who is also her best friend/roommate then this relationship was going to be destined for a crash landing.  There's no surviving that.

So I turned it down.  And not a day has gone by since I haven't regretted that decision.  I think back to the proposed logic I had at the time and as I wrote above but holy crap I can't Fing believe I turned that down.  That relationship ended anyway and even if I didn't and it turned into some fairy tail ending nonsense I still wouldn't believe I turned that down because I immediately started thinking that when I sobered up the next morning.  Flat out worst decision I made in my life turning that down that night.

@Iggles25 you go for it and you don't look back.

Not the civil payments.

ok but it was proven that they were guilty....so the payments were clearly a punishment for them, and reparation for the victims.

In the Watson case, theres no guilt proven. Its still just him paying the women who provided services. That seems like it shouldnt be allowed if prostitution is illegal.

I knew one who just loved the profession. She apparently was pretty talented at it and loved the money. I wasn’t a john.  Frankly, I couldn’t have afforded her.  Extremely bright. Multiple degrees.

Wouldn’t be illegal if it were my choice but forcing or trafficking should be the target.

Nah, the payments were made by insurers for the institutions, not the individuals.  It was to get a release for all and avoid civil trial, not a fine or restitution.

Still beside the point. In those cases there was money paid after someone was proven guilty.

In the watson case there is no proof of criminal acts. The court is simply allowing watson to pay the ladies for services.

Great gam gam was a prostitute. And she helped build the greatest beerfest team of all time

It's not odd...look at the spectacle high profile criminal cases get.  Hell look at any case in general gets that's high profile.  A lot of victims don't want that.
