I'm sorry I brough such a depressing topic into the blog.  A little back story without too much detail. I met my friend 12 years ago during an AF commissioning program. He was on top of the world

Not sure if he was overhyped but you do have to wonder what he could have been if he was healthy.  Add Ricky Sapp to that list.  Two absolute studs in college who were actually built for today's NFL.

CJ Gaddis anyone?

They need to go back to these full time.  It's amazing how their current uniform set is so basic and boring.  That red really pops.  It's why I think Kelly Green will look so great now.  The camera technology is just built to make bright colors look even better.  Still pathetic that Lurie was the one pushing for the two helmet rule and they didn't submit a design in time for 2022.  Goes back to my thoughts with the wordmark.  Gut feeling is a full rebrand for 2023.

The criminal?  Jack Ikegwanao or something like that.

Jack Ikegwuono:

One long-time Eagles scout told me Ikegwuonu was "the best athlete I’ve ever seen in an Eagles uniform.” Ikegwuonu played one game in 2009 and it was such a disaster he was released two days later and never played again. In 2014, he pleaded guilty to committing five armed robberies and was sentenced to 9 ½ years in prison.

Tom Brady, if he runs his actual social media, is hilarious. He’s even self aware enough to give his profile picture the Homelander treatment

Ingram had some hype because he was a plus athlete with some good college production at a top school.

Knee Injury did him in and he was never the same.

I don't remember the hype fir him being unrealistic though.

Just hopeful he could recover from his surgery and return to form, sadly never happened.

Nasty Nate though would be on that mountain as the award is named after him.

What was the name of that really tall WR, he ended up going to Arizona as a TE?

Murder leg would be another on the mountain and wrap it up with Jeremy bloom, great skier bad football player.👎

So we should be skeptical of things you say?

Absolutely. Always try to think for yourself.

Over hyped? Gotta be Reuben Randle doesn't it? 😉

Correll buckhalter?  Wow, he was pretty good for a couple seasons, used to play good against Dallas too, you’re wrong early in the morning, can’t imagine how many more wrongs will be in your day

Why doesn't anyone ever ask him why they destroyed all the tapes from Spygate?  Like when does anyone ever destroy all the evidence

No way about Buckhalter.  If anything, he's an underrated Eagle.  Issues with him were the injuries.  He was just a solid RB in the rotation they had.  Would have loved to see him as the lead dog in a run heavy offense.

DRAFT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!

Eh I think Buckhalter has flipped. He was underrated, and certainly injuries affected his career, but I think he's now looked at with heavy rose colored glasses and made out to be more than he was. He was an average RB.

You're comment backs up every reason I put him on the rushmore.

out of the 160 possible games he played 100. He never had more than 600 yards of rushing here. In 10 years here he had 16 touchdowns but yet we talk about him like he was a main cog, important player and I quote " A solid running back" A solid running back doesnt miss 52% of his games here.

He also was part of a rotation with Duce and Westbrook his entire Eagles career.  Never expected him to have 600+ yards.  I don't recall people saying he was a main cog.  I just don't think he was overrated.

Bust Mount Rushmore?  Marcus Smith, Jaquan Jarrett, JJAW and Danny Watkins.
