Well, if Hurts saw him, that fits into the improvement category.  So, he's getting better.

Jets move Becton to RT, will start Fant at LT.

Possibly a team to keep an eye on with Dillard if there's an in-season or preseason trade.

What is the training camp landscape looking like across the rest of the NFL?

I would suspect that practice 58 min, record some hype videos, and take the next day off are becoming the norm.  

While I feel a sentimental pull to criticize this, you also need to adapt and change with the times.  If this is what the rest of the league does, you'll have a mutiny and difficulty signing players if you pound them like its high school 2-a-days in 2000.  I suppose the expectation is that these guys are professionals, they'll stay in shape in the offseason, study the playbook, and will use some short practices to familiarize themselves with their assignments.  If they aren't ready, then someone else will play.
