Sanders upped his game this year (although still not one of the true elite playmaking RBs) and Gainwell/Scott are adequate, if not playmaking rotational depth.  But…for whatever reason…it just seems that this stable of RBs isnt particularly good in the screen game.  
 

The Eagles clearly prefer to use Goedert.

impressive in his press conference.  If he was sincere (it's a bit hard to totally feel comfortable that he is and will continue to be) in his answers, we are lucky to have him, and things will get better the more he works with the rest of the DBs.

It might win 2 because the NFC seems so far behind us. But something will need to chance to beat the Bills in the playoffs.

We know this team can grind out drives. We lack the explosiveness the Bills have if we end up in a shootout.

Need to start making down field explosive plays like they did against Washington. That was the only game Hurts tried throwing the ball down field this season.

Positives from tonight — pass defense, Brown & Smith, team played smarter than the Turds

Negatives — run defense, zero sacks and poor contain from DE

Mixed — Hurts.  Generally solid first half, but again looked confused when pressured, and I can’t think of a difficult throw he completed all night.

 

In the end a win is a win — and this was a huge win to give the team some room over the Turds in the division.  Still can’t see the Giants hanging around for long.
