  • Perfect weekend for me. I got to make my long time soul mate my wife officially. And I got a eagles win today. Life is good.

  • Listen up blog.  Enough. These 2 ass clowns are suspended for 2 weeks.  They've both had warnings to quit the personal attacks.  There's a line between trash talk and just abusing other posters a

Will eat some crow on what I said about Fields earlier. Didn't think they'd blow out the Patriots on the road.

This is probably the lowest quality year for nfl teams I can remember in a long long time

It kind of feels like everyone’s still stuck in Week 1. There’s some good teams, some teams that should be good but are bad and haven’t figured things out yet, and teams that should be bad playing good.

It feels to me that the bad teams that are 'playing good' are just playing the teams that are worse than expected.  Most of these games look like 2 bad teams playing each other this season. Maybe that will change by the end or maybe it will be the Eagles vs the winner of the Bills/Chiefs AFCCG in the Super Bowl.  That would be ok with me

And by I'm,  I mean we. And by we, I mean them. And by them, I mean the Eagles

What the F are the Colts doing?  Somehow they’re magically 3-3-1 even though they should be 1-6 …. and they’ve decided to punt on their season as though they’re 1-6

Who names a 6th round QB their starter for the rest of the season?  "He’s ready”.  What the hell does that mean?

I can’t help but think Ehlinger just got the Colts starting QB job exactly the way Homer Simpson was chosen to be the Monorail conductor.

You can only work for Jim Irsay if you want to win multiple rings. : r/nfl

Colts owner Jim Irsay's troubles may go beyond March arrest

So The Battle of Houston (With the Battle of Pennsylvania squeezed in).  Phillies World Series Champions and Eagles 8-0.  Fingers Crossed.

It's on par with the past 2 years...the era of the QB is over.

I'm shocked by how many under .500 records there are thus far.   It seems like the changing of the guard has already happen and we are experiencing all these young QB's getting starts now.   With that said the Vets aren't lighting it up either.  Brady and Rodgers aren't playing too hot.  Matt Ryan got benched after injury.  Russell also isn't playing that well and he's injuried too.   Speaking of Russell.....a Russell-less Seattle Seahawks are the #3 Seed in the NFC.

Ok, Im here now

That's a good trade. I was in on Robinson over Hunt

Robinson is having knee issues, not sure how well that’ll work out

Total tank mode, they probably realize their QB factory is screwed for the future.

Yup. This is why I'd pass on him.

There's no obvious Ajayi-type back, sadly.

Frank Reich will be gone after this season, or during.  He essentially lost that job with the ongoing QB fiasco going on there.

Bradley Chubb is rumoured to be on the move, now that's a guy Howie should target, granted the price is palatable.

I heard Howie could trade a 4th rounder for him.
